I live in Rhode Island and was in the process of purchasing a home in Florida. I was buying directly from the seller, and did not have a Florida attorney. To make matters more complex, I was also leasing the home out for 1 year to a private couple. They were out of their lease, in 30 days. Here is my experience with Caputi Law: Jennifer gave me a call back after I reached out to her firm promptly and gave me all information I need to know in the first call. The deal was completed smoothly. Here is my experience with another law firm that I ended up not using: We exchanged several emails and I called in. Given lot of not so useful info, I asked about the cost. This firm told me to ask my real estate agent about the cost. I ended up told my agent that I am going with Caputi Law. Although there is nothing complicated about my transaction, Jennifer Caputi provided me the guidance through out this transaction.
