REVIEWS OF Philadelphia District Attorney IN Pennsylvania

Lying garbage who try to frame people. These so-called prosecutors are far more criminal than anyone they've ever prosecuted. The scum of the Earth, the lot of them.

David Welsh

Philadelphia prosecutors are pompous, hypocritical, criminal trash who pretend to be honorable public servants. Said lowlife thugs and their crooked cop friends tried to frame me out of petty vindictiveness because I had told the inconvenient truth about them. Philadelphia's prosecutors were nothing more than yes men who aided in the attempted framing. Their judge could not be corrupted and believed me over all of them, thus acquitting me. The joke is now on the DA slime, as I now get to trash them and the police online. This is America, not China nor Cuba. The felonious scum who run Philadelphia's "justice" system cannot quash my First Amendment right to free speech.

Patricia Van Belle

My son is a victim of homicide. For nearly nine weeks now, we have been begging these fine folks to contact us about the case. My family and I are left without support, input, or updates and are being stonewalled in our grief. Our greatest fear (having the case dropped) seems imminent -- all because of the involvement of one of Philly's finest. It is a disgrace to have victims' families struggle so desperately. I suggest the victim's services division be disbanded and the DA's office be called to task.

Michael Stutter

A total joke! As crooked as they get.

Stuart Wilkins

Let me start by saying I have been an attorney for over 34 years now and I am admitted in 3 states (NY, NJ & PA) and I have practiced law in over 20 states over the past 30 years. Without any doubt, in my view the Philadelphia DA's office is the most inept group of attorneys ( I am embarrased that these ADA's are even recognized as attorney's) I have ever come across. My daughter was a victim of a hit and run accident which could have left her killed. Luckily there were several eye witnesses to the incident and the offending defendant was identified by one such witness and could and should be apprehended, identified and hopefully convicted and prevented from doing the same thing and killing someone the next time around. In my view, to say the ADA has been inept , uncaring and unresponsive to my daughter's needs and to overall justice is a great understatement. There are 4 witnesses needed for the trial. Despite my attempting to "help" the DA's office do their job and make sure we are ready for trial they have been unwilling or unable to accomplish this basic task. I have called multiple times and the ADA's simply do not return my calls or they are generally unresponsive. We have a new ADA each court appearance who is generally unfamiliar with the history or facts of this case. The case has already been adjourned 5 times and my daughter has been out of her new job so many times for this matter that she now risks losing her job. I understand better than most the possibilities of a trial being adjourned but the ADA's are terrible at coordinating all witnesses on the scheduled trial dates and making sure everyone needed will be there. A simple task which I have requested on numerous aoccassions-its called semi-competent lawyering, but the ADA's act as if they could care less. Perhaps the DA's office should simply do their job and do what they are being paid to do. Protect their citizens. Otherwise perhaps Mr. Kasner should go back to private practice because his running of the Philadelphia's DA's office is in my view a total disaster. My daughter feels more like a victim of the DA's office ineptness than a victim from the perpetrator. This is justice?

Philly Corruption

A high percentage of Philadelphia police officers are criminal trash, as proven by these and other sites: PhillyCopsAreCorrupt>Google+ secretsociety2015 serpiconews--twitter The city's district attorney's office is just an extension of the corrupt police department. The entire city government is comprised of self-serving scum. For instance, there are six Philly police officers whose alleged corruption has cost taxpayers over $50 million due to their 800-plus reversed cases. The six "hero" pigs are Thomas Liciardello, Brian Reynolds, Michael Spicer, Perry Betts, Linwood Norman, and John Speiser. Spicer was even promoted because he is the most crooked of the bunch.

Are there any receptionists....working?

"A gang in suits", I love it. If a connected city employee faces a grand jury or an actual trial, a ridiculously weak case is invariably presented by these sleazy city prosecutors. They go through the motions for show and are far slimier than anyone they prosecute.

Monae Alvarado

Bad experience with them. All DA wants is to make you take a deal and plead guilty with or without evidence.

Philadelphia's prosecutors knowingly prosecute innocent people, yet refuse to pursue obviously guilty thugs who are politically protected, such as crooked cops and politicians. Every criminal defense lawyer in the city knows this. Philly prosecutors are only interested in furthering their careers, even if it hurts the innocent. They could not care less about true justice.

Ricky Gold

Five stars for Larry Krasner and his claimed intent to aggressively pursue criminal cops and other government scum. But one star for the human garbage in his office who frame the innocent yet allow their friends, like crooked cops, to skate. Philadelphia is a sewer of corruption. I doubt that Krasner will be able to help much because almost all police crimes and other government corruption is covered up.

The man who tried to rape and beat me with in an inch of my life got his case dismissed , he postponed the first hearing and i talked to someone from the district attorney s office and changed my address . but never got notified . great job , he has been stalking me , calling my family and friends , i cant even get my belongings back . he can afford a lawyer, i cant !! Would be great if someone could help me .

In dealing with an issue regarding another city department, Elizabeth Guzak went above and beyond and was more than helpful. She responded very promptly to our issue, and within the day had us working with the correct person to solve the problem. Several days later she reached out to follow-up and make sure the issue was resolved. That is amazing service. Thank you Elizabeth!

Check this out. In the Philly homeless shelters, they get money from the state and the federal govt. For each day someone stays there. They take about half that money and kick it back to the city. Every crime known to man ,including rape and murder, is committed against the people at these places - by the staff. Practically on a daily basis. the people CONTINUALLY go to the das office to try to get charges pressed. They usually get lip service, and than the office looks the other way. Why ? Because the shelters are big business and they pay to play. A certain "Catholic nun" who's pretty big in the "exploit the poor" business is probably one of the WORST offenders. TOTALLY has the da in her pocket. Being a case of genuine oppression, this will only continue until THE PEOPLE get fed up with it. Btw, the new day is no different. Total poser, Bernie Sanders wannabe. GOD bless America. I have faith in the people, and I know they will take their city ,and their country back soon.

Tom Miller

As corrupt as they come: imagine how many innocent people these scumbags in suits have framed while simultaneously allowing their guilty friends to walk!

I'm shocked by all these negative reviews..I must have been blessed to have the D.A. I have..I really don't know what I would have done throughout my court case if it wasn't for her..I am truly grateful for everything she has done for me, thank you so much..(You know who you are..)

If the public knew how these prosecutors, I mean thugs, really operate, there would be riots in the streets. Philadelphia prosecutors are nothing more than a metaphorical rubber stamp for every false arrest made by what Amnesty International calls the world's most corrupt police department. I hate all criminals, whether or not they are self-serving scumbags who hide behind a facade of law and order.

T L

Hardworking public service officials who never get enough credit or recognition for the long hours of hardwork they put in on a daily basis. Cheers to you all and Salute!

I received a notice from the DAs office informing me that a private criminal case had been approved - and that I should report to the DA's office between the hours of 9 AM and 4:30 PM. I left my office early and literally raced by cab ($20 round trip) to make it to the DA's office by 4:10 = ONY TO FIND THE DOORS LOCKED AND THE LIGHTS TURNED OFF!? I had stopped off at a bank machine (ATM) to withdraw the $39.10 required to file a criminal complaint as well. My question is this: What if I had been a person who could NOT afford the $39.10 - as a VICTIM of a crime against me? Why don't my high Philadelphia City income taxes pay for a x]service - especially against a person deemed a "victim of a criminal assault"? What if I had taken time off from work as an hourly worker - lost pay - incurred $20 dollars in transportation costs only to find the office closed when it was supposed to be open? The $39.10 for the filing fee plus the $20 cab fare could cost most hourly wage earners food for the week of their children - or the cost of medicine - possible make rent payment or car payment late. WHY ARE THE OFFICES NOT OPEN AS POSTED? I CLEARLY HEARD VOICES WITHIN THE OFFICE - AND NOBODY EVEN RESPONDED TO ANSWER MY KNOCKING - OR MY MULTIPLE CALLS TO THE OFFICE - DISGRACEFUL!!!!

DA Krasner, AG Shapiro and any other Jewish DA, AG or any other Jew in power to prosecute Catholic clergy should be summarily dismissed from any form of participation in that legal process. Jewish prejudice, hate and bigotry towards the Catholic Church has been well documented in the last 75 years nationwide. If these individuals had any semblance of integrity in this matter, they would have recused themselves without having to be told to do so. There are many, many Jewish attorneys, DA’s and AG’s making millions off the backs of “victims “. They are bottom feeders, make no mistake. Hopefully Krasner or his minions see this, although I doubt they read or care what others observe. Krasner, why no contact information? Would have loved to email you directly.

Holy Serpico, over 3,000 criminal Philadelphia cops have been outed at these three websites: PhillyCopsAreCorrupt**Google+ secretsociety2015 SerpicoNewsTwitter According to Amnesty International, Philadelphia has the country's most corrupt police force. There are NO good cops because even the so-called good officers cover up the crimes of the worst ones.

You get what you vote for. A city with a very liberal and also very large minority population voted for a soft on crime DA. That is what they got. He told people how he viewed things when he ran. Now people are ticked about what he said he was going to do. Please if you know the officer's widow, mother, sister or so forth ask them this. Did you vote for this DA? WHo did vote for as far as president? It is no doubt that democrats are a party that is soft on crime. They are the wants soft on illegal immigration. They are behind sanctuary cities. They are the ones who let criminals out of jail or try to do all these diversion programs ( that shooter in florida was in in) and then wonder why this happens. You get what you vote for. I am very sorry for the families loss and loss of the officer, but maybe people will think about their votes next time. I have no doubt that widow, mother and so forth will vote for this DA again.

Saad Masood

This office is known for making baseless cases about simple human interactions in the community....like "Hello, how are you? Can I help make your day better?" If the words used are any different than this office has a known reputation for taking your words out-of-context and forcing unwanted trouble on you. I was arrested and charged with 47 felonies and mis-demeanors between the period of 2009-present for requesting a make-up exam for a course at the University of Pennsylvania and course drops for three courses registered for at Drexel University and for talking to a 16-year old boy outside my house. The culprits in the District Attorney's office are Seth WIlliams, Larry Krasner, Brian Burke and Sonam Vacchani - all of them filled with garbage in their heads. Instead of helping the city fight real crime...they are simply targetting innocent people like me.

Jen D'Amico

Got cut off by a man while driving on my way to the grocery store. I honked my horn at him when he almost hit the front of my car by switching lanes quickly and with no turn signal. The man and I ended up in the same parking lot m. I park a row away and waited for him to leave his car to avoid confrontation. When I got out of the car, he walked back towards me and across a row of cars and told me he was a prosecutor in Philadelphia. I was alone and afraid of this strange man coming after me in a parking lot. Even after telling him to leave me alone several times, he would not stop following me and Shouting that he was a prosecutor. I loudly shouted for him to leave me alone and get away from me at least twice, but he still followed me and harassed me until we were inside the store. Mind you, we weren't even in Philadelphia. Great job, philly. You sure know how to pick some real trash.

Jeffrey Laverty

Philadelphia is the most corrupt and poorly managed city I've ever lived in -- and the DA's office is an extension of that. They will bleed every hardworking non-black man dry of every dollar (Even penny) he has.
