I’m an trucker. I had a few citations and needed a lawyer to make sure I keep my cdl. I googled lawyers and this office came up. I calls and was told the lawyer would call me for a telephone meeting. Mack himself called me. He told me what he could do and told me he would take care of everything. I didn’t even have to go to the court hearing. Mack got everything taken care of and all I had to do was pay fines. I will use Mack again. I suggest any of my fellow truckers use him to.

Do not hire this law firm. I was told on my consultation that Mack law could do more than the public defender. The public defender was honest and told me what the outcome of my charges would be. Mack assured me the public defender was wrong and Mack could have the charges expunged from my record. The morning of my court appearance I was told by Mack , sorry there is nothing I can do , it's the law. Well didn't he know the law on the day of my consultation! I paid him several thousand dollars to do not more than a public defender. Who was told me from the start What the outcome would be. VERY UPSETTING MACK SAID HE COULD DO MORE THAN THE PUBLIC DEFENDER .BUT DID NOT!

At first I felt confident in dealing with Mr. Mack. He made things sound like they would be "ok" when dealing with an issue that my young son had in conjunction with the school that he was attending. I then paid him $1250 to SHOW UP on our behalf as our attorney, which he believed would have been one or two times depending on how things went at the first initial date. Ten minutes prior to the first appearance, his secretary calls me and states that he would not be coming that something else had came up. Let's just say I was very disappointed and felt as though something of such importance to me was thought of as ANYTHING but important to him. Mr. Mack did send another attorney to fill in, the very same one that I had a consultation with FIRST from a different firm and DID NOT RETAIN. Yes the meeting I had went well, but the professional that we had gone in front of had stated that there was not any prior communications between themself and my "attorney." I then expected at least a phone call to follow up with the matter - and got nothing! I even called numerous times and spoke to his secretary/paralegal each time and still had no call back for nearly a week!!! When I finally got to speak to him I asked if I would be getting any form of a refund due to him not showing up and things not happening like he stated and he told me no. His tone changed, he began to yell at me telling me that things went well for our outcome, and asked what more should I want or expect. WELL I EXPECT THE LAWYER THAT I PAY TO SHOW UP AS AGREED UPON. I EXPECT FOR A MAN IN HIS POSITION TO BE A TAD BIT MORE PROFESSIONAL. I EXPECTED WHAT ANY PERSON WOULD EXPECT!!! If I could have given less than one star I would have!!!

I called for consultation today. When asked ro come in I asked for a phone consult first. Wow couldn't believe what happened. The scheduler asked me what I was hiding. I said never mind ill hire someone else. She continued to text me harassing messages so i called the office for her name and she said no wonder I have charges against me and that the police love this office and nothing will happen to them. First what happened to my human right to be innocent before being found guilly. Second what kind of lawyer will allow a text message...absolute proof of harassment??? Horrible experience

So happy with Mack Law Offices! We live outside of Pennsylvania, and did not know my husband had criminal charges pending against him, had missed his arraignment, and there was now a warrant out for his arrest. The office called us, very patiently explained the situation (over and over), and then we spoke with Mark Hinrichs that day. We were able to retain the firm immediately, and they rescheduled the arraignment right away. Mark represented us at the arraignment, had the warrant lifted, and we did not have to put down bail money. Ultimately, Mark got all charges dismissed at the preliminary hearing, including a Federal charge that carried a maximum sentence of ten years in prison. Very happy with the outcome, and also happy we were able to consult with Mark and his office long distance, and only had to come in to town twice for court. Highly recommend this firm, but hope we never need their services again! Thank you!!!

Well, where do I start? I cannot go into details due to the sensitive nature of our issues. I interviewed 3 law firms with Mark at the Mack Law Firm being the last one. I retained them on the spot! First of all the communication was fluid from the start. I always spoke to someone, or had a call back within 30 minutes. While in the waiting room I observed that this was a busy firm but they were very organized. Both attorneys understood what I wanted and never tried to sway me to take the easy route. First day in the court room Mark showed his pedigree and I believe set the stage for our eventual outcome. He was relentless with the DA and the courts to get was needed. I decided to go with MACK even though his specialty is Criminal Defense because I wanted my custody matter to be handled aggressively, timely and professionally. I was very satisfied with my experience with Mark Mack and his staff. I definitely recommend Mack if you dealing with a problematic spouse, or your baby's mama is a jerk! Mack cuts through the BS, and exposes the truth and gets your life, and your children's back in order.

I couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect of Mack Law Offices! This is the first experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer. I needed to find someone experienced with a good reputation, so I searched google and did my homework. I am a RN and having a charge against me could really hurt my career. I was a nervous wreck when I called to make an appointment. The woman who scheduled the appointment for me assured me I came to the right place. She was able to schedule me for the same day since this was an emergency. When I got to the office I was still so nervous. Everyone in the office made me feel calm and they even offered me bottled water to relax! When I met with the team of lawyers, they went over every inch of my paperwork. Attorney Mack assured me that I had nothing to worry about. He actually made phone calls to the police while I was there!! By the time we went to court he had my charges lowered to a summary offense! I am writing a review for my sister Maria Panetta inquired attorney Mark Mac a few months back with a $4000 down payment after the first hearing he requested additional $2500 which they only paid additional 1500 would bring the total to 5500 from day one every time we call them for my sister the secretary more or less told it off it would not explain what the money was spent on the attendant 2 court hearings for her In my case which dropped her as a client and what I don’t get is you got paid 5500 it would not proceed to help her with the rest of the money on the case was asked for more money I’m just letting people know watch out more Or less he’s about your wallet not about helping you. We are going to be going to a malpractice attorney this all happened in the year of 2018.

From my experience this guy is awesome. I was 3000 miles away with a warrant and he had no problems helping me get it taken care of. He is definetly a busy guy, he did show up about 15 minutes late but when I called his office the secretary assured me he was on the way and the court knew. He walked in and right off the bat I felt better, I had never met him in person either until my court date. He knew everybody in the room, joking, laughing, eased the tension. He saved me a whole bunch of trouble. Only bad reviews seem to be from people who have never used a lawyer, they definetly arent cheap, but you get what you pay for. Thanks Attorney Mack!

Mack is hand’s down the BEST and most professional criminal defense attorney in the Luzerne area. He is kind, courteous, & respectful when speaking with clients or potential clients. He listens attentively and always shows compassion. He doesn’t use “scare” tactics like some attorneys, making you think if you don’t hire them the court system will throw the book at you. Hire someone else if you want to win. Yelp is full of reviews saying what a scam this guy is. We hired him to help my disabled father with a traffic violation and he showed up an hour late, seriously aggravating the cops and judges, only to plea to something without any explanation of his options. Apparently this is the attorneys modus operandi - he talks a big game to get your initial money then either doesn't show up for court, shows up late, or tries to get more money to show, then is incompetent if he does show. Stay far away from this scam artist.
