If I could give ZERO stars I would. Don’t trust your case especially if it is time sensitive like mine is under a statute of limitation. Nadeem Bezar lied and was rude and claimed he would represent me after giving him mountains of documents just for him to say that he couldn’t help me after having barely to any contact AFTER 9 MONTHS!!! Lucky for me I found a competent and caring lawyer who quickly and perisistenly is truly fighting for me and saw the value of not only my case but in me in a title IX retaliation case. Do yourself a favor and Don’t waste your time and energy...

Simply the Best After my personal injury I went to a competing law firm who decided not to pursue my case. I then went to see Tom Kline. After listening to my story for 2 hours he decided to take me on as a client. I was eventually assigned to Jim Waldenberger and Colin Burke. I cannot compliment them enough. They are top lawyers but equally important they made me feel like I was their most important client. They were passionate and compassionate, genuinely interested and truly driven to pursue my case, against all odds. I never felt rushed. They always had time for me and often met me on weekends. I felt as though we were trusted friends and I actually miss them! I had their cell phone numbers and whenever I called with any question they always replied as soon as possible and were happy to talk to me. Their advice was always given in a thoughtful manner and was invariably right. Whether or not I won the case, I felt certain that I could not be in more expert hands. I was right. Three and a half years after hiring Kline and Specter, I won my case and was handed down a just verdict. I hope that whoever reads this will never need the services of these lawyers. However, if you do, based on my personal experience with Jim and Colin, you could not be better represented than by Kline and Specter.

I experienced some non-trivial consequences from a mistake made during a relatively common procedure. Amy was clear in what she needed from me at all points during the process; set conservative expectations; communicated with me at reasonable intervals; and brought the matter to a successful conclusion. As far as legal representation goes, you won't find a more tenacious, well versed and tactical law firm. Your case is in excellent hands as they are clearly in the upper eschelons when it comes to the courtroom. However, follow through is god awful. The moment the judgement/settlement is rendered, they quickly show you the door and leave you at the mercy of whoever they had your money to. Having no preperation or knowledge of that kind of situation leaves you wide open to be taken advantage of
