After trying to apply by my self I found it was more difficult than I thought! All the lawyers in the office are professional in what they do. You pay gold but you get back diamonds! I god my green card in 4 months and their service is great because they keep track on you til your case is over. They take good care of you and your stuff. Jeffrey Gonzales was recommended to us by some friends who had a similar situation to ours. Her husband was sent down to Mexico two and a half years ago and was home within 2 months with his green card. We never consulted anyone else - due to our friends' high recommendation of Jeffrey we went directly to him and we have not been disappointed. He was very up front and honest with us about what it would take to get my husband a green card and their advice has been right on throughout the entire process. My husband left in April and returned earlier this month after being gone just 4 months. All along the way Jeffrey and JJ and their staff have been professional, courteous and in cases such as this most importantly accurate! I have referred many friends and family to them since then and they are also honest with people up front if there is some reason they can't help them. Beware of these lawyers. Don’t call them as they will scam you and your money. They advised a relative he would be deported and there’s nothing to do in his defense. We hired another attorney outside of this rotting office 3 days before deportation. An attorney outside of this office successfully removed the deportation that was pending. It was a HUGE relief. We got stuck paying these lawyers for their lack of empathy and misrepresentation. My recommendations is Amanda E. Gray at Parker Butte & Lane Attorneys, PC for emergency cases similar to the one we experienced. Stay away if you’re seeking visas and immigration services. You’ll end up losing your job waiting on them for your visa applications. Seek services elsewhere or you’ll end up getting deported. Ten cuidado con estos abogados. Please DO NOT use this law firm.My spouse and i suffered a horrible nightmare using thier service.In January 2017we contacted them to remove the condition on my spouse's gc.they took our money and we heard nothing from the government.in march we went to thier law office and they told us that one of thier paralegal forgot our documents under a filing cabinet from January until march.after they mail the documents.they did not tick the correct boxes so our documents were rejected again.it had to be sent a second time..a year later we got a letter from immigration saying our case wasnt filed properly and we lacked sufficient evidence which they apparently did not submit..to make matters worse.they started telling us to divorce each other, and telling all sorts of misleading stories, but we had already Retained a new attorney who told us they were lying.we didnt owe them a cent and they would call us telling each other to divorce one another and give them more money to file for abuse .they even told us when our case was transfered on the website that we were getting an interview but " they would try to see what they could do " .as if they had contacts to prevent that.our new attorney advice us that our case was just moving up...to make matters worse the only time you see them is when thet taking YOUR MONEY.after that you will be shuffled from on paralegal to the other and when your case gets messed up they will just blame the paralegal.they are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL TO CLIENTS WHO ARE NOT OF THIER HERITAGE.they talked down to us and made us feel as if we were a bother if my spouse and i didnt get a new attorney our case would be damaged..it couldn't be fixed.Please PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THEM.DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 5 STAR REVIEW.THEY ARE NO GOOD. My husband and I met with 3 or 4 different lawyers before deciding to hire this firm for my husband's immigration case a year and half ago. Jeri and JJ are both great and accessible, as is all of their support staff. My husband had his immigration interview/physical in Ciudad Juarez one year ago. He was then in Mexico for 7 months during the waiver process (we were told it would probably be 3-4 months). And now he is here and a permanent resident! I highly recommend the Gonzales immigration law firm. In advocating my case their attorneys proved extremely competent and persistent. And it took quite a while to complete the immigration process because my husband applied for a hardship waiver. The waiver enabled me remain in the United States throughout the process and required only a brief visit to the consulate in Mexico for a three days. Unfortunately however our first waiver application was denied. Nevertheless as the Gonzales attorneys were very surprised that our waiver had been denied (based on their prior experience), they encouraged us to apply a second time for the hardship waiver. So we did reapply and the happily second waiver submission was accepted. And now I have my green card thanks to the Gonzales law firm's competence and tenacity in advocating my case.

My wife and I recently completed the immigration process for Visa K with the Jeffrey Gonzales immigration team and felt strongly compelled to write a review because of the excellent experience we had. I am from Mexico and entered the US illegally in the '90s. I had been working on trying to fix my situation ever since we were married 8 yrs ago, but every lawyer we met with in Minnesota advised us not to do it because the odds of us being approved were so low. It was extremely frustrating and stressful to live with the day to day issues caused by my undocumented status, so we were determined to find a solution. Some friends of ours in Oregon recommended Jeffrey Gonzales team as the best immigration lawyers in the country so we went out there to meet with them. We quickly saw why! They immediately put us at ease, telling us our case was good and describing their high success rate with cases like ours. I've been debating writing this review for months. We met with Jeff, 2 weeks before our marriage interview to make sure everything we'd submitted to immigration was unimpeachable. He didn't see any issue, but set us up for a follow up consultation with Kenny. Kenny gave us a more somber projection. Our paperwork was incomplete, we could be subject to separate interviews lasting 7+ hrs and told us, we'd be stupid to not appear for the interview without a lawyer. Kenny offered to help for $7,000. His presentation seemed whole heartedly insincere. We opted against his advice and after a 10 minute interview were granted my husband's green card. We laughed after the interview that someone would try to charge us $7,000 to fix something that wasn't broken. 8 months later we just received an $800 bill for a 20 min bogus consultation with Kenny, who used scare tactics that may only work with the desperate. If you want absolute knowledge and peace of mind, use A-1 Immigration, Inc. out of Arizona. No bullshit and zero greed. The same cannot be said for this predatory law firm.
