What is 1000 Attorneys at the bottom of an ocean? A good start! They waited 9 months to tell me they didn't want my case cause they were to busy after taking my case and stringing me along. Just like everywhere else you get preapproval, but then when you talk to someone there hey tell you they can help and with your down amount you come up with; then when ya get there it's no different. They ignored everything you told them to begin with. 1: can't afford more than $400 down 2: can't afford more than a $400 pymt Then tell you $400 down gives you an over $700 pymt for 3 months then over $500 after that. Now does that sound like anything that they were told to begin with before bating us in there on the pretence that $400 dwn would work. Think not!!!!
