I was injured in a car wreck and regrettably called Jeff Martin. It was a pretty easy case since the other driver was at fault so unfortunately I wasn't too selective on the attorney that I chose and like most of you it was impossible to avoid his promising commercials so there became the worst decision I've ever made in my life! At first things seemed to be going okay and a very nice young gentleman even came to my house to get all of my information. They also set me up with a Pain Management doctor, a Chiropractor, Orthopedic Specialist, and Physical Therapist. Then as things proceeded it became very difficult to get any answers to my questions, but I patiently waited. Once it was time for the deposition I found out my case wasn't even being handled by Jeff Martin nor was it being handled in Tulsa, instead I was told I had to drive back and forth to Muskogee. Keep in mind I had totaled my car and was still without a vehicle, but I managed to arrange a ride to handle everything on my end. Once that was complete another year or so had passed and every time I tried to get in touch with the attorney's office nobody seemed to have a clue about what was going on with my case. I was finally directed to call an attorney in Oklahoma City at which time I was informed my case was now being handle by a completely different attorney in Oklahoma City. By this time 3 YEARS had passed and thousands of dollars had accumulated in lost wages, and medical expenses from all those doctors they sent me to and there was still no resolution to my case. Not once did anybody attempt to call me to update me on the case and most of my attempts went unanswered or I was fed the usual "we're working on it" or "we're waiting on information". Another year or so had passed and I finally gave up calling because I was tired of getting the runaround. It's now been over 6 years since my accident and although my number hasn't changed I've yet to hear anything from Jeff Martin's office so all those medical expenses which have continued to accumulate since my back and right hip were damaged from the car wreck have became my expense. I was able to get reimbursed for my vehicle with NO help from the attorney's office at all instead I spent several hours going back and forth with the insurance companies. Had somebody warned me that my case would be bounced from attorney to attorney and city to city, and years would pass without any progress, I wouldn't have wasted my time calling Jeff Martin. Please save yourself the time and frustration and call a different attorney! This is the worst experience I've ever had!!

The whole experience from being in a car accident the not knowing who to turn to or what to do is frustrating at lest. The team at Jeff Martins are great! They call to see how your doing and to update you with information. once my case went to court as stressful as that is I was totally at ease do to the attorney even when having to go more then once do to unfortunate circumstances my attorney was great, thoughtful ,and very kind. I’m very thankful and satisfied would recommend there office to anyone that wants the right people on there side!

worst company ever. They don't do a thing, and mess around doing nothing on your case until its to late to act, then they dont even claim ANY responsibility for their actions. all i got the whole time after my Van was side-swiped by a Semi was that it was "Being taken care of and we will contact you soon". weeks later nothing has been said, only constant excuses as to why there is no action being taken here. Gop somewhere else with you important business, these people aren't gonna do a thing. This is a terrible firm and i'm surprised it hasn't been sued. This doesn't even deserve a rating.

Receptionists don't know how to do their job and will hang up on you apparently multiple times before letting you speak to someone. you wont know who's actually running your case. You'll never hear from whoever your attorney is until they get their 30% of your cash and there's no point calling and asking for an update on your case a month after it should be over because you'll just be wasting your time. When they have you sign the contract saying you can't fire them for anything, they still get paid, that should be your wake up call to go with someone else

Jeff Martin and Associates is a thief. I hired Jeff Martin October 2015 and was informed at doctor appointment in February 2016 they would no longer represent me. Four months of medical bills are now my sole responsibility. Scholar ship is gone. House is gone. Cars are gone. I have contacted several attorneys since but with no response. I was hit by a drunk driver that left the scene. Jeff Martin is a thief.

So I was under the impression that they was working hard on my case when I was hit by a car getting my kids on the bus but they want me to use my insurance and my docs and it's been where I have to pay out my pocket and my money for this it's nothing but a joke these doctors they use aren't worth the time or the headache that goes with it I've been asked to change my review and I'm really sick and fed up with the waiting on docs and using my insurance I'm so damn done I'll be more then happy to leave my messed up sholder alone let it be I'm just so pissed off that the heavy hitter wasn't that heavy all bark no bite what so ever they can drop the damn case for all I care it's over rated for me to have to deal with it all so oh well and your fired

Jeff Martin does not work at this office. Jeff Martin is a franchise of firms. If you read these reviews that are positive, most are associated friend of the attorney representing the Tulsa location, Sean Johnson. Don't listen to the false commercials. Jeff Martins offices will deduct 25-50% of your settled amount. Yet the national average an attorney can bring you of an insurance claim is only 28% more than settling without legal representation. The only benefit to an attorney is if your case needs to go into litigation or before a court, which I might add is only 2% of the case in most auto accidents, 17% of work related injuries, and less than 1% of medical malpractice. Now of course, as he has in many other reviews, a representative of the Tulsa franchise firm, will try and discredit this. Let me clarify, I only inquired with my wife, never agreed to their hideous and outrageous representation contracts. Luckily we were friends with an employee, (now former), who warned us of the shadiness. Don't let the TV ads fool you, there are plenty of law firms who are honest, dependable, and more fair in their fee. Don't call a franchise, call a firm who is rooted in Tulsa.

Jeff Martin & Associates is the worst i have ever had to deal with, I was involved in a wreck on July 23, 2013. After several phone calls to them with either no response from anyone or when i did get to talk to someone, they had no clue what was going on. This is the worst attorney in tulsa!!! If knew then what i do now i would have payed tons on money just to deal with someone else. I also asked for an amount of money in which i would like to get as a settlement and they just blew it off! The receptionist was what seemed like was always in a bad mood and didn't look like she wanted to be there. Please learn from my mistake and use someone else!!! Jeff Martin is THE WORST!!!!!!

The WORST I was in a car wreck December 2nd 2014 it is now June of 2015 and I still have not received anything from Jeff Martin everytime I call they tell me the lady handling my case is on the phone and I literally mean every time then I called back today and a gentleman named Sean came on the phone and decided that he wanted to badger me about the money that I am owed I did a little checking myself and it turns out the insurance company took the check out Thursday today is Tuesday it does not take that many days from a piece of mail to come from Kentucky to Oklahoma and then they say it's going to take another 4-6 weeks for them to process. please take my advice and stay far far away from this law firm

If i could give no stars i would. I lost my job due to my wreck and lost a vehicle and have a family to provide for. All they were trying to get me was a measly 600 which is WAY morr than what i out out of pocket. Nobody that worked my case ever called me to ask me for amounts on what id like until the first offer came. Then i got my calls. I signed my stupid offer just so i can stop dealing woth them and NEVER EVER will i recommend them to anyone EVER!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM i regret using this lawyer. The Man I talked to was rude. I was am still so surprised that a law firm would let a person talk to potential clients like he did. He said because I didn't hear what i wanted to hear I was being childish. He actually called me back to confirm that he was not rude but kept me on the line defending himself saying I was rude. I had a client from VOA in my car who heard the conversation and was is he still yelling at you? It was aweful! i will never use this company and will not recommend this law firm. i ended up throwing up due to the stress of the conversation.

They dropped my case before all of the evidence was presented. The fact I have a strong case didn't matter. Once they found out what the police report said they didn't want it even though the police report blatantly lied about what had happened and I have video evidence proving that fact. Find another lawyer to help your case. This was a motorcycle wreck. (report said I was doing wheelies. Video evidence [go pro] proves I wasn't) they won't take your case unless they can make a lot of money and don't have to go to court.

Sean Johnson and his team at Jeff Martin are absolutely amazing and trustworthy and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle your disability claim. They were always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for a better firm to back me. They truly care about you as a person and want to help. My story; I am a 32yo female who became disabled 2.5 years ago. I filed my first claim a year and a half ago with nothing but rejection and denial letters., I knew the battle was going to be hard but I put my faith in AAA Disability Associates in hopes that after a year and a half of sharing information with them that I was more than ready for my hearing in July 2019. I had long awaited this day and within less than an hour my world came crashing down when the “advocate” assigned to my case was in no way prepared and within 5min the judge dismissed my case, just like that 2.5 years of waiting and fighting was over and II would have to apply and wait all over again. I spent the entire day calling law firms in hopes I would find someone who could help me. That is when I found Mandy an assistant at Jeff Martin Law firm who worked hard to find information on my case and shortly after spoke with Sean Johnson the attorney in charge of disability at this firm and he accepted to take over my case. Within a week they had another hearing scheduled for Oct 2019. The firm was amazing Tosha and Mandy worked hard to collect all my records and Sean spent days reading over my millions of medical records so he could be prepared for my day in court. Court went as well as we could have expected and he was positive about it but knew it was a 50/50 chance of approval. He said I should receive a letter in about 2-3 months well I am hear to tell you that just NINE DAYS LATER I got a letter of approval and that is no small achievement. Sean is an absolute bada** in the court room and didn’t give the Judge a reason to deny me. All this being said I have so much faith in this law firm and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs help!!!

I had a car wreck in June of this year, I was in a lot of pain due to whip lash and I soon found out- torn ligaments in my back and neck. I decided to give Jeff Martin and associates a call. They were very friendly at first and had good customer service, but a couple months into my case I barely heard from them. Every single time I received any information from them was when I called them myself. Finally after all of my dr. Appts were over they started the process of getting my money and yet I still did not really hear from them that whole time unless I called them and then when I did call, They acted very frustrated with me. They finally sent me a final offer of 7,100 and out of that 7,100, I only received 1,056 and to be completely honest it was an overall bad experience!!!! They got majority of my money and didnt care that they did. I almost didn't take the settlement but I had a lot going on and I needed what I could get at that time. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!! if there ever is a next time, I will make sure to do my research before I chose a lawyer!!!! They are no good.
