There's a reason she is cheap. Poor communication. No follow ups. After a month or so, we started calling to see what the next step was. We had to keep calling in because we did not receive the follow ups promised, and nobody could give us a clear answer for two days. I asked what the refund options were in case these issues continued, but she took it personally and jumped to conclusions. She told me she WAS going to mail me my refund, accused me of being aggressive, and asked me to find another lawyer. Absolutely no desire to help...
