Overall, I had an amazing experience with Carr and Carr. Within a few months after the accident, I was receiving countless calls, emails and texts daily from people concerning my accident. It was not really a matter of trying to avoid all of them, it was a matter of not having time to deal with all of it daily- especially being in pain and not sleeping well for about 6 weeks. It was draining me emotionally and physically and made it very difficult to deal with the regular everyday experiences of living. At that point a coworker of mine mentioned Carr and Carr, and told me how much they helped her with an accident she had been involved with a few years earlier. I called them the same afternoon and from that day on it made a big difference in my life. At that point, I just turned everything over to them and stopped worrying and dealing with the issues related to an auto accident I had been involved in. They were always courteous and promptly returned my calls and emails. I left everything up to them and was able to concentrate on my healing, and just dealing with my everyday living. They took care of every small detail and would always contact me if there were any questions Hopefully I will never have to deal with another experience like this one ever again. If I ever do, I will without hesitation rely once again on Carr and Carr to help me through it. Went to Carr and Carr in Tulsa after a car accident around the holidays. Met with an attorney, providing facts of the situation, and were told they did not believe we had a case. A driver struck my parent late in the evening and both were rushed to separate hospitals. Carr and Carr looked at the employment of the other driver and insurance and used that to justify not pursuing the case. They determined we didn’t have enough to pursue a criminal case and would likely never be able to receive much from a civil case based on the employment of the other party and their lack of insurance. Thankful we sought a second opinion because another attorney talked to the police officer that was on duty, performed APPROPRIATE due diligence, and sent all of the information to the district attorney. Turns out we absolutely had a case and the person now has consequences for drinking and driving and nearly killing my parent. I was wildly disappointed in Carr and Carr’s blatant disregard to hold people to justice in our community. I guess they only pursue easy cases. DO NOT USE THEM!

My primary attorney was Raymond Allred, who was knowledgeable and direct from the get-go. In addition to Raymond, I worked with his legal assistant, Susan Pannell, on a more regular basis. Susan was proactive, responsive, attentive and she was diligent to connect with respective parties on the other end to move the case along. I was treated with respect and given the proper attention I was seeking to move toward a settlement. Ultimately, I was very pleased with the outcome and I would make no hesitation to recommend Carr & Carr's Tulsa attorneys.

I am currently in the waiting game phase of my car wreck settlement. Initially, when I went for my first consultation I was very nervous and stressed about the entire ordeal. I spoke with someone named Rhett first and then a lady by the name of Sonya. They both were very nice. I was then thrown into a circle of doctor's visits that ended in January 2018. I feel that Carr & Carr took some of the pressure off with recommendations of doctors and such, but as of this point there is little or minimal conversating. If there is some, it is moreso initiated by me. Thus far I would say that is my main complaint. They give me a little information here and there but then there is no follow up. I appreciate all the correspondences so far, they just need to be done more consistently. A big shout out of thanks to Alejandra Robledo who has been the one keeping me updated on what's going on with my case. Worst experience ever. Made me feel that they could do so much. Felt forced to settle for pennies and lost 4,000 in repairs on my car that I was told would be gotten plus depreciation of my car should have been done. This is my first time going through something like this, and I expected it to take quite a while to resolve (it will be a year in May), but I don't feel very informed. I call once, maybe twice, per month and I keep getting the same response since October. I don't feel like they are really trying to get this resolved since it is a small case. All of my medical bills have been paid, and I'm just trying to get insurance to reimburse.

All of these firms sent me letters of how they would do this and that. Care & Carr sent me a copy of the police report,didn't charge me for it. I went with them because they spoke to me like they knew me. They didn't use some big lawyer words that I wouldn't understand to try and impress me. They just sat me down said look here.......laid it all out. I signed and they went to work. There was no mistaking that I had made the wrong decision. They were right on point every time. Even when I got frustrated with the bills they reassured me that things were going to be fine. And last week I got the call that things were coming to a head and it certainly did. They were patient with me and that meant a lot to me. There isn't a firm in this area that I would ever call. If u get into a wreck call them. They will make sure u get things straightened out.if I could keep writing,I would.

My husband John Higgins was involved in an accident back in September of 2018. He was hit from behind hard enough to cause the frame to be damaged on the left and right side. We have never been through this before and part of the suit has yet to be resolved however, David who is located in Tulsa handled our property damage claim and was wonderful. His caring approach not only in regard to the property damage but my husband's welfare was superior. If your looking for attorneys to help you in your time of need ask for David he will take care of your property loss. It should be noted that if you are looking for help in a bodily injury incident. My husband has been in great hands with Brian and Debonae.they far exceed what it means to care for those who are injured. I do believe I would rather drive head on into a eight 18 wheeler, then deal with them again. Rhett and his assistance have the worst attitude. Was referred to the firm by a friend who runs a shop in Tulsa. Unfrotunately I tried clicking on their live chat form. The person there ignored my questions and didn't even discussing particulars. Promised someone would contact me to discuss the particulars. Instead... all I got was a brush-off email by some joker named Paul Harper. Who isn't even listed as an attorney on their website. Seems they have too many customers to even make a phone call. Even if they promise one. Don't believe promises made by liars and lawyers.

Decent experience. I would definitely go in with an attitude of keeping your side of things organized just in case they don't happen to have it. Especially with medical bills from a car wreck and other things. I kept a catalog in a folder the whole time. I would recommend that to anyone going in for help. I would also recommend to call back if they have not called you in 2 weeks and make sure things are going according to plan. It would also help to arrange a one-on-one meeting 3-4 months in to make sure they have the same bills and expenses as you do. Attorney Wilson White was great to work with. I felt that as long as I respected him, he respected me. In the end he was actually willing to sacrifice some of his income to help me get to a place where I felt comfortable when the insurance company would not step up and do the right thing.
