Take my advice and never go to court without a good lawyer. Brad Koffel, is a great lawyer. When you hire Koffel Law, you get more than just a lawyer. You get access to a boutique of legal services and professionals that are serious about getting you a good outcome. You kind of know you going to win when the judge in your case, keeps saying “You have a good lawyer.” Brad sorted this mess (and it was a big mess). I have never said this to anyone before, but I told him I felt he did not charge me enough for all he did. I can’t imagine anyone having a real encounter with Brad Koffel, and leaving disappointed.

I was arrested and charged wrongfully and I found myself in a bad situation. The Koffel Law Firm was the best decision I made! After my first meeting with my attorney, Will Nesbitt, I knew that everything would work out. He was awesome. He and Chelsea communicated with me constantly notifying me of court dates through text message and phone calls, always making sure I knew what was happening with my case. In the end Will had the charges dismissed against me within a few months, and I didn't even have to go in front of a judge! After the case was dismissed I even received a follow-up phone call from Brad personally congratulating me on our win and checking to make sure that I was completely satisfied with his firms legal services. What a joke. I hired Koffel Law Firm for my nephew and all I can say is it was a complete waste of money. I should have just told my nephew to just go in a plead guilty by himself. If you are going to claim that you are the best attorney around then you have to get good results for your clients. I would not recommend this law firm.

Mrs. Ward worked tirelessly by gathering information, using past experiences, and navigating the HR policies of an RA. The investigation took over 4 months and she never quit even though my specific situation was tricky given my employment. I'm glad my family and I chose Mrs. Ward and, without her, we may not have been able to shed light on the lies of the accuser as well as we did.
