Do not hire Bevans Law lawyer CHRISTOPHER J. STEFANCIK. He does not produce results and does not represent his client with any level of competence. he shows up at Workers Comp hearing without proof on Temp total and expects the defense attorney to do his job. Refuses to get paychecks from company to prove case and does nothing. Even his firms head Mr. Bevans wants to cover fro the incompetence. Stay far away from this attorney because your case will be lost.

Another update: It is now June 19, 2018 and STILL NO CHECK. I have heard every excuse except that the dog ate it. Don't make the mistake like I did and deal with these people! Update: It is April 30, 2018 and STILL NO CHECK. Don't waste your time with these people! Always before had quick and reliable service, but not this time. We started the last proceedings in October 2017 and it's now mid March 2018 and still nothing! Trying to get any updates on my case is next to impossible!

Dont waste your time with these people they are not good at all. I was an injured worker. I recived a letter in the mail saying that they could represent me in my claim. I called was sent some papers returned them and that was it. I never had a face to face interview with them no one ever called me. Everytime i called all i got was a nasty person on the phone asking why i was calling and what i wanted. These attorneys are the equalivant of ambulance chasers. You would think that with Sheri Bevan walsh being the summit county prosecuter and the Daughetr of the owner their services would be better. You think they would fight the crooked Workmens compansation system and help the injured worker but thats not the case. Dont waste your time with these people.

In this governor election year, I just received a letter from Thomas Bevan advising me that I am at risk for being "purged" from the voter list and then not being allowed to vote in future elections. And miraculously, there is a list of Democratic candidates on the back that he endorses! First of all, I vote in every election, presidential or otherwise, and I think it is unethical for a lawyer to send a mass mailing to all registered democrats scaring them into running the polls so they don't get "purged" from the system. And some people might get worried and blindly vote for the Democrats on the back of the letter. He should be ashamed of himself for using his office and profession as a lawyer to trick people this way. I am outraged and particularly in this election will make me give a second look to all the Republicans running this year. Don't fall for this kind of trickery. Lori Morris
