This is worst place. I find this place from google and saw the comments so I decided go there. Since I didnt get no email so call them to ask how papers works are going and never got call back. This people took my $500 just for calling them. First of all, This people didn't explain clearly that she will charge for every phone calls. She said she email me, which is I never got mail. She charged me for that one too. THIS IS Worst Place!!!

Met with an attorney December 4 and they confirmed they would review my questions and provide legal counsel within a few weeks. The first week of January I called to check in to see if there was an update. Was transferred to paralegal’s voicemail and left message, but did not receive a call back. On January 18, called again and paralegal advised the attorney “lost track of time.” She went on to explain the attorney wouldn’t be able to assist, but I could GOOGLE other attorneys in the area who could possibly assist. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism from a law firm before. We will not be recommending O’Keeffe, O’Brien, Lyson, and Foss to anyone.

Well I have to say that I will contact this law office if I ever need help again. They are amazing people to work with and if you have questions they take the time to explain things to you in normal people understandings not always legal which is hard to understand at times. They got back to me as soon as they had more info for me. Again if you looking for an amazing law firm I highly recommend this one. They are truly a five start. I typically don't review as I find opinions so varied that I like to experience on my own. Having said that O'Keeffe O'Brien Lyson and Foss Attorneys came highly recommended. If you research their achievements and accolades, they are a very well polished appearing organization...and that is about it. I worked with Tracy Lyson and her assistant Jericka. I understand that the law is an unpredictable and uncertain realm, and you are at the whim a very complex algorithm. Because I only worked with Tracy I will only rate her performance. She is condescending, sure to the point of arrogant, and unresponsive. In addition to her fees, her silent waste of my time ended up costing me nearly $1,600.00 additional dollars, that I would have had no issue with had I simply received an update through out the process. I don't understand the law, which is why I hired someone who does. I would have gladly spent the money on her communications, just to have communication. The defending party had even reached out to inquire into my attorneys whereabouts. Tracy did not work for me. She worked for herself and my case wasn't even a remote priority. Even upon request I would receive no communication. For what ever it is worth, AVOID TRACY LYSON at the very least. As I stated, I can not speak for the performance of the other partners in her firm., but concerning Tracy, she will waste your time, money, and cause you more harm than good. Mind you, she did get the desired result that initiated my contact of her in the first place. It was every thing in between that was unacceptable.

This Firm has represented me on multiple occasions, always to my satisfaction. Personally I would recommend them for any and all criminal cases and I have many times. They have always been straight up with me and I've never had any surprises to deal with, they are very good about contacting me in regards to any changes in watever case may be taking place and have been understanding and as lenient as anyone could expect when it comes to their fee. The partner who represents myself personally I once read in the Fargo newspaper referred to as a Pitbull in reference to how she represents in the courtroom! Overall I have no complaints and Surely would and imagine I will use them once again when the time inevitably comes! Each of my cases ended up better than I had hoped for and that's what I look for when seeking legal representation anyways!
