Jim Hoyt was rude to me each time he and I talked and I felt he was very poor to work with. The case my wife had was 3.5 years old and about to go to court in under 2 months and he convinced my wife without allowing us to have a discussion to settle. He said that she had to make a quick decision in just minutes if she wanted to settle the case and it was on an amount he originally thought to be fair. She didn’t have time to even to get a hold of me (her spouse). I felt that she should have received way more for her pain and that he should have told her to continue on to trial or at the least suggested to talk it over with her spouse, and he didn’t. I would suggest you check out other more reputable firms as I felt that Jim didn’t have my wife’s best interest.
