I cannot recommend Dave Erwin enough!! I found Wilmington Law Group through the NC Bar website because I needed a lawyer who could do my case pro bono or for super cheap. I am a college student and wasn't expecting to have to pay for something like this. He worked with me and treated me like everybody else, even though I wasn't paying him nearly as much. If you find yourself having a domestic violence case, do not hesitate to hire Dave Erwin!!!

I was trying to leave zero stars, but I was made to select at least one star. I made an initial consultation appointment online, and arrived on time. I was locked out... but I saw the lights were on, so I called the law firm number; and was told that the person I called was working from home, and he could not help me. I told him I was going to use another law firm, and he said "okay" as if he was relieved that I was leaving. Standing up a client, and leaving them locked out in downtown is highly unprofessional.

Dave Ervin is a sweetheart and excellent. He helped me with my divorce and child custody, etc. My case was complicated due to my ex-husband and it being an interstate case. I would highly recommend him.

David Ervin is amazing! I was given the office number for Wilmington Law Group by a friend, and called without much hope on Good Friday at 5:15pm. To my pleasant surprise the front office picked up and Dave agreed to take my call when I said I needed to speak to someone right away. Dave chatted with me for over half an hour, and continued to work with me throughout the Easter weekend, and at the same time encouraged me that everything will be fine and to relax and enjoy the holiday weekend with my family! In the end, I wasn't even billed for his time in conversation, just a couple deliverables! Dave is a Godly man, with a heart for helping people - I highly recommend Wilmington Law Group, and in particular David Ervin.
