Not to mention all that Kim in the office has helped with and made sure to explain everything to me in a way I can understand. He hung up on me mid sentence. He called me back using his office phone and I could hear the phone moving around until it reached the button. I failed to mention open container at the beginning of the conversation so he just hung up on me lol. Ok..
