I CAN NOT say enough good things about Ms. Manish Patel. She was honest, up front and truly eased my fears with a recent custody battle. She even emailed me a packet so I could file a counter claim, saying that people are misled into thinking they need to hire a lawyer to do so. Ms. Patel could have easily taken me for thousands of dollars but she didn't. All I had to pay was a consultation fee and I got to leave her office with HOPE! I called on 7/5/2016 to get some information about an upcoming court case. I am unfamiliar with this process and was calling to get some insight. I spoke with a paralegal who was extremely rude and kept cutting me off every chance that she got. She was very rude and very adamant that she was right in her statement but if she would have let me finish, she would have had updated information which would in turn would have helped me out. I hope this is not a reflection on everyone that works at that office but this was a horrible experience.

It's rare that I would take some time to right a review, however given the unparalleled, white glove service WBL provided my wife, I felt compelled to share our profoundly positive experience with this VERY talented firm. Growing up in a family of trial attorneys, to include plantiff, I find that I can be a bit discriminatory in this category. I was highly recommended by your Law Firm by two of one my closest friends from Genesis Baptist Church and a family member that works for Cabarrus County Hospice and Palliative Care. I was not asked to come in for a consultation; which I would have been glad to drive to Greensboro; but wasn't given the opportunity. I did a phone Consult with somone in your office and he took my information, and I was told I would be in contact with an attorney. To my surprise he did not think I had a case or was not willing to work with me after a very serious dog bite that took most of my lower lip off, and this occurred at work. I did had to have ten stiches and iam still having problems. But I did find somone who was very willing and concerned to take on my case. Sorry to say I gave your Law Firm a one star if there were an option you would have been giving none.

I contacted Ward Black Law firm in 2016 to handle my on the job isocyanates exposure injury which happened back in August of 2015 which left me permanently disabled...I'm sad to say that from the beginning I felt like I made a mistake hiring this firm because within a short time of accepting my case Mr.Davidsson turned over my case to a "Rookie" attorney who has NEVER handled an Isocyanates exposure case in his very short career! (7yrs)... And this was done without my consent! I'm not saying that the firm itself is unprofessional but this attorney should NEVER be handed a case like this without an appropriate background in this field! Long story short, I'm stuck with this guy who is now with another firm and he's a terrible attorney... I'm too far along in my case to hire someone else (Almost 4yrs and two different firms)...I just pray that the Nc Industrial Commission can help me get the benefits that I deserve!! Thanks for nothing...PS...The paralegal from Ward Black Law was better than my attorney!!
