This firm has been most helpful to me on two occasions. Most recently Chas Post represented me in a case that "I thought" would be almost impossible to come out in my favor. He filed a motion to get me on the court calendar in order for me to resolve this issue ASAP. From the initial consultation, to our multiple communications prior to the court date I felt that there was an "open door" policy; even if by email or voicemail I was able to communicate with him and get immediate feedback. Chas was diligent in attempting to provide closure to this case that was most beneficial to me. The final result was the issue was resolved in my favor and it saved me a substantial amount of money. From the day I contacted him to the resolution was less than 60 days and I was on a time frame. He knew what I was attempting to accomplish and the deadline that I needed to accomplish it by. I hired Chas Post to defend me against a difficult case with very severe consequences. Chas's continual support and reassurance was what I needed to hear during the over 4 years it took my case to be settled. Although no case is guaranteed, Chas was willing to fight my charges as long as I wanted to. There were many times that I wanted to plea to something less severe, as these pending charges were detrimental to my career and ability to move on with my life. Chas constantly told me that he was on my side and was always honest about my case and the possible outcomes. He never forgot who I was during this time and he was always there when I needed him. I cannot say that you will get the judgment you seek while Chas represents you, however I will say that you are in the best hands when he is in your corner.

I needed a lawyer to handle a multiple offense traffic citation in Lee County. A friend of mine from Sanford recommended Post/Foushee/Patton. My consultation call very personable and pleasant. Their fee was a little more than the first firm that I called but the first one didn't give me a "warm and fuzzy" that the outcome would be in my favor. As expected, I did get a favorable ruling, no points on license or insurance. Whether Lee County or some other, I will call them the next time I need a lawyer.

My wife and I retained Mr. Silverman on Jan 10th 2013 with a $350 consultation fee that we were told would come off the total of approx $1500. He sent documents for us to sign the following week. I signed them and returned them the same day. The defendant in the case sent me information to move forward with the case. I sent this information in to him on Jan 22nd. The following week my wife called three times and left msg's that were never returned. I emailed his assistant on Feb 6th. Amanda replied that she left the information on Mr. Silvermans desk and he would get back to her. Never did. On Feb 11th I called was told My wife would get a call back that same day. Never happened. On Feb 13th the same. On Feb 15th we wrote an email asking why we were not being called back. Even said if they needed more money let us know because we needed to get this moving. No reply. I called today and asked why no calls were returned and no one had any answers. Gina was very rude and said that nothing would be filled until we paid the balance in full. When I asked why no one had told us this before she said rudely "I'm handling this now and that's how it works." I said your office has not returned one phone call in over a month and now you’re telling me to forget all that and you'll start to work?" Not a chance. The staff was completely rude here. Gina especially. I would highly discourage using this firm. They took our $350 consultation fee and made no attempt to do anything else. Mr Post, Silverman, and Foushee, you should be ashamed of the conduct of your staff. I promise you this.
