Do not waste your money on this firm. They fraudulently bill you for work not done (Lee Peindl), do very little work to prepare for court, do not subpoena necessary witnesses for court, and do not have much actual court experience as Jeff Long (one of the partners) did not know how to get evidence admitted during a court case. After costing us 10 times the amount we originally owed our builder, who did not even have a legal business LLC or file federal and state taxes for several years, we are now stuck with a custom house we hate and do not want. I am in the process of filing a grievance with the NC Bar against this firm as well as my builder's attorney who it appears was in collusion with Long and Bray as commented by the judge in our case. Stay Away and save your money.
