I’m so happy with my experience that I’m taking time to write this extensive review. From the first initial point of contact, everyone I spoke with on Brittany Ambrosino’s team was super helpful and meticulous. After my traffic accident that a wreck less driver caused, both case managers Darlene Halbrook and Katherine Ryan handled my case persistently. Darlene Halbrook went above and beyond and made a difference in helping me understand what I needed to do to ensure my case went smoothly. All my instructions for collecting medical information from my accident and care was clear cut and made easy. The information I received from anyone I spoke to was coherent and any law jargon was always explained to me without being condescending or impatient.
