Please do NOT hire this firm! All they care about is ripping your pockets and leaving you with no information at all! It was because a mistake made by one of their paralegal's that I received a RFE letter, then was charged 1,200$ to fix that mistake that was made by them, and during the process of fixing that mistake I would have to wait days and sometimes WEEKS to get a answer (email). They really don't care about their clients, and you will end up spending waaay more than necessary. Gladly I found a small firm in which the lawyers and paralegals treated me with a lot of respect and I got to fix all mistakes made by this firm. Again, please DO NOT HIRE THEM! Go with smaller firms, they will give you the attention and respect that you need/deserve. Only giving 1 star becuase I couldn't leave no starts at all.

Please read before you contact Pollack office they are very irresponsible people, I had the worst experience with them, they don’t update in time the information you give to them. someone follow your case and someone else who doesn’t have any idea what’s your case sign your paperwork. I decided not working with them after Ice took me for their mistake, I was lucky because of my boyfriend who is citizen, if it was for them I was losing money and being deported. When I asked them to give my folder back they didn’t have any. I called Mr. Pollack secretary her name is Tatiana to send some paperwork in my physical address she never sent them even they were paid for every procedure under my name. P.s I’m replying here their long text in answering to my review. Dear Mr. Pollack or anyone who’s responding to this message. How you can be so irresponsible and saying I was traveling near Canadian border????!!! when you dear layer or whatever you are, you know my residency changed and it was in Chicago. I was in chicago when you contact me to come and do another extension. I have no excuses for the way how you try to cover your irresponsibility. Don't use this law firm! I hired conrad Pollack immigrants services, To help me become an American citizen. This is a big firm so they don't work with you on a personal level. They just give your file to the least inexperienced employee with hardly no knowledge. Their work ethic is terrible. What happened to my case was disgusting and because of their negligence this firm put me in removal Proceedings! If you are really looking for a person that works closely with you I really recommend Peri Edelman as a great immigration lawyer, I hired her after Conrad Pollack put my case in removal proceedings and due to her knowledge I received my green card back. We engaged PPID 3 years ago to handle U.S. citizenship applications for our 3 kids, who have been dual U.S. and Australian citizens now for a couple of years. Conrad and his team could not have been more efficient, professional and easy to work with. I explained to him that I had moved to Florida and he told the lawyer that he had not made the transfer of the case to Florida because if I lived there I did not have my case jurisdiction in New York. (Original) honestamente a mi me ROBARON descaradamente el dinero. aquí le explicaré el caso el señor Nelson la madrid y su secretaria Grace López en el 2017 me mudé para Florida se le informó a ella de eso .bueno empezó a recibir los pagos de de parte mía con Money order con dirección de acá de Florida y todo bien.el día de la entrevista tuve que viajar desde Florida a New york.me fui a entregarles dinero más de mil dólares por la acompañamiento de una abogado de 26 años con esta ya anteriormente me habían asignado otros abogados conocí a 2 antes que a esta .supuestamente me "prepararon para la cita"ella no tenía ni idea de lo de mi caso le plantie que yo había viajado de Florida para estar ahí y todo transcurrió normal.al salir de la oficina la señora Grace lopez me llamo toda sin aliento para decirme que necesitaban hablar conmigo a lo que le respondí que como así que ya iba camino a long island o sea viajar hora media de la ciudad de Manhattan quedo de llamarme en unos 2 minutos.me llamo a las 5 horas después de la primera llamada para decirme que como así que yo no les había dicho que estaba en Florida que necesitaban que mi pareja se presentara conmigo para la cita que el caso se iba a perder porque no tenía jurisdicción ya en New york.a lo que le respondí que ya para un día de la cita salían con eso y después que les pague los más de mil dolares.ella fue muy prepotente por el teléfono y lavándose las manos de que yo nos les informe que me había mudado y le recordé a la señora Grace lopez que ella me había dicho que no había problema con eso que bastaba una dirección en New york aunque yo estuviese viviendo en florida.y entonces apareció el señor Nelson la madrid que el día de la contratación ya con un caso anterior fallido se ofreció a llevar el caso personalmente lo cual nunca fue asi.tambien salió en una llamada de tres ,el ,su secretaria y yo por teléfono y dijo que se disculpaba por el inconveniente causado pero que ellos tratarían de "ayudar".el dia de la cita llego la súper abogado con una super experiencia chica de 26 años.ya con la persona oficial de inmigración nos llamo a la oficina ella se paro a un lado con la cabeza viendo hacia el piso.el le pregunto que quien era ella dijo que era mi abogado.el le pidió que se identificara(creo que hasta el noto que no tenía pinta de abogado)ella salió de la oficina como loca buscando dicha identificación. y el solamente(el oficial de inmigracion) me miró y me levantó la ceja con gesto de molestia por la actitud de ella( inexperta).yo iba acompañado de mi sobrina que iba a ser de mi traductor.vino mi sobrina y se disculpo con el oficial por estar ella hablando pero al ver que El abogado no dejo de mirar para el piso. le explico a el que yo me había mudado a florida.y el le dijo al Abogado que porque no había hecho el traslado del caso a Florida ya que si yo vivía allá no tenía mi caso jurisdicción en New york.al cabo de los días mandé carta a la firma de abogados que quería que me devolvieran aunque fuera lo del dia de la cita ((los más de mil dólares que les pague) diciéndoles que ellos sabían perfectamente lo que ahí iba a pasar .sin tomar en cuenta el pasaje ,la estadía, y demás gastos que tuve de transportación alla.y nada el señor Nelson la madrid no para de decir lo que se hablo el día por teléfono y diciendo que no me iban a devolver el dinero ya que la abogado que me acompaño es muy profesional y que no me volverían a escribirme ni a contestar otra carta mia.bonita actitud la de el. deshonestos totalmente aqui les comparto mi experiencia ya que no es justo que uno confía en ellos y salen con cosas raras y solo son buenos para sacarle el dinero a uno.por favor sepan a quien van a contratar.

Honestamente, a mi me robaron aquí en esta oficina empeze mi caso en el 2012 gaste casi 9mil dólares y mi caso se trataba de aplicar para mi esposo I130 y luego aplicar el 601 A pero una estafa total. Lo único q me devolvieron fuero 1800 ..y luego me dijeron q me vivan a cobrar 300 dólares por hora .quería cambiar de abogado y nunca me dieron ese derecho me enviaron los documentos por Fedex y así fue como se deshicieron de mi caso.
