I used to work for this Medical Malpractice firm many years ago when they were, Kramer Dillof Tessel Duffy & Moore, and I was one of the interpreters for the Spanish speaking clients. I would go on cases with the Moore attorneys to interpret in an unofficial way. They won many cases of infants who were born with defects due to negligence. A++ attorneys with great experience in fighting for the client. Positive presence, you will not be disappointed if your case has merit.

KDLM represented our son in a medical malpractice suit that we filed on his behalf. He suffered damages during birth that have made life difficult not only for him, but for us and his sibling as well. After around 7 years with another attorney, we were referred to KDLM. The case settled in 2 or so years. Our experience with the firm has been great. The settlement process can be a bit confusing and overwhelming. They have people in place to help with each step. Even the judge told us we had made an excellent decision using them. A google search can speak to the reputation of the firm, but our personal experience with them has been great. We no longer have concerns about our son’s future medical care or educational needs and that is priceless.
