What a waste of 10 thousand plus dollars 25 days of missed work. No negotiations with the DA No Discussion with client He and his side kick Jonathan should not take people's hard earned money if they are not willing to negotiate on their clients behalf He has wasted my son's time and needless to say all the missed work over 20 plus the purpose of hiring this attorney was that he didn't want 5 years probation which was offered before hiring Howard and he ended up with yes 5 years probation what did he get for his aggravation a bunch of empty promises and down 10k and basically NOTHING if you care about your loved ones I recommend anyone but this firm a public defender could have and would have gotten him a better deal I am 100 % Sure of it.

So Before i Paid Howard $14.600 i was offered 5 years of Probation .(while i had a public defender) So i then hired Howard Greenberg on Court Street Bk,NY . He and His Side Kick Jonhaton Rosenberg made Promises That they DID NOT KEEP . So when i went to court the Judge said to me and Howard that he will give us 1 more court date in 2 weeks just so HOWARD can SPEAK with the a.da and figure out what is a better probation sentence since 5 years is to much . i Tried everything in my power to get a hold of anyone from his office in that 2 weeks just to see what they have came up with ,and nothing not a call email nothing at all !! So my court date comes and i see howard out side the court room and he does not want to shake my hand and ask " so how much money did you bring me today " . This Guy is PATHETIC !!! and is just Banking Money from his BULLSHYT interview he did with Vice ..i Recommend anyone looking for a Lawyer to STAY AWAY from the Greenberg law firm .i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy .. i Still ended up getting 5 years of probation and since this was my last court date before trial i was not able to say NO i do not agree ,or i would have to give howard another 5k just so i could Blow trial .this man is a CROOK and LIAR .please everyone STAY AWAYYYY !!!!!! - i.K
