I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at Rios Law Firm. Linda Rios truly fought for me. I was rear ended by a delivery truck while sitting at a stoplight. The driver told me that they could fix the car and handle it on their own but I decided to file a police report and contact an attorney. Linda Rios was recommended by a family friend. She had me get checked out by a doctor because my shoulder was hurting after the accident. Not only did I need to have physical therapy but the damage to my vehicle was much worse than first thought. The insurance company representing the driver who hit me only wanted to pay out $300 even though we had the estimate near $1200. Linda and her assistant Marlene worked to get me the $1200 and and additional $6000 to cover other costs including physical therapy. I was completely blown away with how thorough Rios Law Firm was with the details and keeping me up to date on my case. Like I said, Linda fought for me and made sure I was fairly compensated for the accident. I HIGHLY recommend Rios Law Firm and cannot stress enough the diligence and detail they put into my case.
