Some VERY unprofessional woman named Gabriela Olguin can't understand that she has no knowledge of laws and frankly don't care about the public. Horrible first impression and customer service by Gabriela. I called in the morning was transfer to a voice message, this lady returned my call in the end of the day. I've never been to their office and I don't have any references to guide me about their services. In 1 minute phone call she said I have to pay NOW for a call interview or a personal interview without explained to me how they work or ask me questions or also tell me more about them as a law office (she told me to look at their website) ....the 5 stars reviews mean nothing if the first contact and impression are unprofessional and careless.
