After 2 years of dealing with SSA denials on my own, my nerves were frayed and my wits frazzled. Word of advice dont hire Clayton Hightower ! He is nothing but a liar and a conartist only out for your money ! I dont know where he got all these 5 star reviews but dont believe them ! He ripped my girlfrien and I off with over 9800.00 , didnt do any work at all just lied to us over and over again ! Charged her 3500 to supposidly file with the EEOC and Human Rights division , didnt do none of it ! He just lied and said he did . This dude is a strait up scumbag ! In response to your comment : the courts ruleing had nothing to do with the fact that you charged for work you said you did and charged substantialy for but didnt do any of it ! Where are the documents you supposibly filed . Is it standard practice not to give your clients copies of documents you supposibly file on there behalf ? We requested those at the end of january and still havent recieved them ... But you sure charged for them .

Great Social Secuirty Disability Lawyer’s. Thank you Beth Hightower. Wow!! I have been unable to work since 2008. I suffered a severe injury as a child and my symptoms kept progressing as I aged. I was able to work for a while but my symptoms got worse and worse to the point I could no longer do the duties of my job. I had surgery but it only made things worse to the point I couldn't move my arm for several months and I have severe constant nerve pain in my neck and dominant arm and constant muscle spasms. The doctors say the only thing else they can try besides pain management would be neck fusion surgery which my shoulder specialist said never to allow anyone to do. I have seen numerous doctors and have tried about everything multiple times, physical therapy 4 times, surgery, acupuncture, massage therapy, tens/men's, etc. I had Beth present all this to the social security judge and I was finally approved. She is very professional and clearly hardworking... Thsnk you so much for being the best!

I was extremely please with this law firm. Hightower handled both my criminal issue and my workers compensation matter. Once he finished heling me I then received help for my social security disability case. I was very pleased with how all three of these matters were handled. I attempted to use another law firm but I did not feel it was a good fit. These guys communicate via text messages and lawyer clayton seems to make late calls and had a meeting with me on Sunday before a Monday trial. I ws blessed to have such a good group help me out.

I wouldnt recommend Mr Hightower to anyone unless they were my worst enemy and they were sueing me....easy win. He delibrilatley lied about work he performed and other things he said he was doing on my behalf and on my case. I called to verify such work/documents and Mr Hightower never completed or filed as he stated. But according to his word and billing ledger he did. He very poorly represented another case I'm familiar with....Honestly, I think he was working for the "other guy." It was literally pathetic....When asked to provide proof of documents he supposedly filed, and other documents I requested for verification, he never sent or emailed them as agreed on more than one occasion....when asked for my client file, I received ONLY what I submitted...no less and no more. He did nothing other than lie and bill for things he didn't do or follow through with as he stated. Mr Hightower may be able to push paperwork, and I say this lightly. But if you're looking for an attorney to defend you, Mr Hightower is not for you.

Had a great experience working with Clayton Hightower. To start off, he treats you like your a person who has feelings and takes into account everything you say. He doesn't make you feel as though your less than whatsoever. As a Doctor it was humbling to seek advice from another professional. Anytime I needed anything he was there to talk. If I wasn't able to reach him immediately I was able to leave message at the office or send a text message and I was always called back or text the same day. When it came to the results of the case, I couldn't be more happy. Clayton had told me a few things that could happen but he was able to get the best result that was least likely to actually be the outcome. He was able to get the case handled and I was happy with how my property was divided and alimony was ultimately calculated. He is well connected in the New Mexico legal system and someone a highly suggest if anyone needs an attorney in family law in New Mexico. Nathan Hightower is an amazing lawyer, he has done so much good for our family by helping get 2 of our kids out of a less than ideal living conditions (and that's putting it lightly) and getting them home with us and the rest of our kids every night and morning we get to tell all our babies we love them, we used luke ragdsdale before mr.hightower and I'm not sure if its because he didnt think he would win because the judge favors mothers but he never tried or put any effort into our case, he never presented any evidence we gave him to the court. With in a month of switching lawyers after a 3 year battle mr.hightower had our babies home!

Mr. Hightower and his staff did work hard to get this case done and I would like to hear more often from lawyer and his staff but they did promptly return via emails and phone calls once I called.
