I was involved in a car crash last fall and I was told to contact a lawyer immediately. The other driver did not have their registration, and was contradicting himself in front of the police officers. Both of them told me it was the other driver's fault on the spot. I was worried that neither my insurance company nor the other driver's insurance company would pay for the damages. I contacted a lawyer, but left with low spirits. Through a family friend, I was referred to Hendricks Law, and I decided to give them a shot. I was hesitant to sign a contract because contracts scare me, but it was the best thing I could have possibly done. They immediately got to work. They obtained the police report and I gave them all of the information I had. I was fortunate to have them on my side, because the other driver's insurance company really put up a fight. They contradicted themselves and lied about their client's information and were constantly trying to get me to give them information about myself that would only benefit them and not me. The process took a few months, but the firm pressured the insurance company for what I was entitled to. They were dedicated and determined to win, and they did. In the end, I was more than fully compensated. They did an outstanding job and would definitely recommend them if you ever find yourself fin a similar situation.

We paid the the full attorney fee for their services, only for them to tell us they couldn't help us once all the paperwork was done. They knew this from the beginning, but didn't say anything. They told us we would receive a partial refund in eight weeks. When the time came around we got nothing back, since all their work had been 'completed'. Also overall just bad at communication and slow. Kept us around for over a year, to ensure they got full payment.

This lawyer has only caused more pain and grief for my family. We paid him a large retainer fee to help my husband immigrate to the US. He did nothing for us. Absolutely nothing. After 6 weeks or more, he finally told us that there was nothing he could do for my husband. When we went to another lawyer, he immediately told us that my husband would not be allowed to immigrate because he unlawfully entered the US. He was honest and didn't take our money. After getting a third opinion, we were told the same thing that my husband has no chance of getting his residency. DO NOT TRUST this law firm. They will take your money even though they know you don't have a chance at getting your residency. They won't return calls. They don't give you answers. They take advantage of the fact that they work with a vulnerable population.
