We often think that only old people need certain documents like - Last Will and Testament - Digital Asset Release - Incapacity Documents - Durable Power of Attorney, - Healthcare Power of Attorney - HIPAA release - Living Will and Cremation Authorization What if something happens to your adult child and she is unconscious in hospital. Your child needs these documents to let parents make decisions for her/him. Karen prepared these for my daughter before she left for college in another state. It gave a peace of mind to both me and my daughter. I highly recommend Foster Legal Advisory Group.
