Very unprofessional and phony atmosphere. While I was waiting for my consultation, I noticed two associates whispering and looking at me and I felt very uncomfortable. It made me feel like this is not the place to give a lot of money to help me during a difficult time. I got the feeling during my consultation with Ms. Newmark, that because it wasn’t apparent I made a high salary, my “one hour” consultation became 15 minutes. This felt a bit like high school.

Paul Townsend was unprofessional and lying to me. He over-promised in the beginning of the process about what the settlement would be, then near the trial he would urge client to accept a much worse outcome that's several times worse than his initial promise. He would meet me only 1-2 days before scheduled trial or important court appearances. It was clear as time went by that he's never done a good diligence on the other side's files and had no strategy to counter their claims. Billing was full of errors and exaggeration of hours too. Using his service in my divorce was one of the biggest mistakes I have made in my life.

Paul Townsend is a liar drag my case on for 2 1/2 years cost me a fortune half the time he didn’t even show up. He sent his assistant Carly Steinberg but if you’re paying $450 an hour you should be getting the best not the worst Would recommend you find another lawyer. Otherwise you’re just gonna piss your money away
