Mr. Saadeh represented us in a purchase of our first home. Mr. Saadeh was referred to me by a friend of mine who in fact was represented by Mr. Saadeh. He and his office staff (Mildred) was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in real estate law. We were a first-time home buyer and did not know what to expect and were confused and skeptical about making decisions. But Mr. Saadeh explained us everything in detail and cleared all our doubts. The negotiation and sale process had many unexpected complications, and Mr. Saadeh’ s team handled it professionally. They worked closely with the mortgage lender to ensure that all legal requirements were satisfied and the loan was cleared in time for closing. Although we mostly communicated throughout the transaction with Mildred via e-mail or phone call, Mr. Saadeh always had his inputs on critical matters and advise us on the Pro’s and Con’s. He always worked for our benefit and well-being as we were a first-time home buyer. THANKS to Mr. Saadeh and team, we are now a home owner (given the complications involved). Awesome!! We would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for an attorney for the real estate.

I recently had a consultation with Rajeh in regards to a lease. My landlord was neglecting his duties and I was at my wits end in trying to get them to fix some issues with the bathroom from the neighbor that lived above me. The leak trickled down into my bathroom and destroyed the walls. The landlord sent someone in to paint over it, BUT NEVER REMEDIED the issue. I was flustered and ready to move out when a week later the leak happened again. This time it was worse. To make a long story short, they never remedied the situation and a friend recommended Rajeh Saadeh. He invited me in for a consultant and from the consultation alone, I was able to get out of the lease because of the landlords neglect and wasn't hammered by fees. Rajeh truly saved me time and money and helped me get out of a hairy situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone who asks.

As a senior citizen, I’ve gone through several previous real estate closing—five to be exact. Raj Saadeh handled my most recent real estate closing, my sixth. I only wish my previous real estate closings had been handled as superbly as Raj handled this one for me. I truly would have appreciated having someone as knowledgeable, insightful, respectful, trustworthy and caring as Raj to counsel me through the previous five. This most recent transaction presented me with several difficult decisions and Raj was always willing to discuss them, often providing a perceptive and astute perspective that I had not considered. Of utmost importance, Raj makes it a point to listen patiently to everything you have to say. He consistently copied me on all correspondence and promptly kept me informed of the status of matters. Notably, Raj did not relegate matters to a paralegal, which in one past transaction handled by a different attorney’s paralegal proved to quash the deal of a nearly full price offer on the sale of my property, ultimately resulting in the loss of a $47,000.00 unrealized gain due to the failed deal. Raj stays on top of matters and I have absolutely no doubt this previous failed deal would not have needlessly fallen apart if Raj had represented me in that sale. I always felt Raj interacted with me and counseled me as if I were a family member or a close friend. I would not hesitate for one second to ask him to represent me again in any future legal matter—I regard myself as his client for life. I found Raj to be absolutely first rate, truly everything I could have wanted in my attorney. I certainly consider it my good fortune to have found such a truly superb attorney and I would recommend Raj without hesitation.

I will not hire Rajeh A. Saadeh in the future . I will not refer Mr, Saadeh to anyone who asks me for a referral in a post divorce related legal matter. My wife and I heard big talk and big promises about what the judge couldn't do and how I was certain to win in court during the year and several months that I was involved with Mr. Saadeh . I rarely understood what was going on during the process and my questions to Mr. Saadeh were not answered in a way that I understood , and sometimes not at all . . My ex spouse ended up receiving the majority of what she was seeking before the whole legal process started , and all the big talk was good for was generating big legal bills. I am very ashamed of myself for not dismissing Mr. Saadeh early on in the process , but I had given him so much money and believed what we were hearing, that I felt we had to continue with him , in retrospect an awful decision on my part .
