Called to setup a consultation ... Didn't mind answering questions pertaining my case ... even though I felt some was to personal to disclose to a lawyer I haven't hired or never met ... I was told by the lady on the phone that I sounded annoyed by her questions and how she did not want to continue with the call .. Which to me was a stereo type ... I was not annoyed I am going through a serious family matter ... I was at work trying to get something set up during business hours and I didn't expect to explain my whole life in front of my colleagues to get a consultation with this law firm ..... They want to know everything about you by phone and they call you back from a cell phone not very professional .. This law firm should have some compassion when it comes to dealing with clients who's going through family matters .... They definitely lost my business at a time I needed them the most
