I have personally used Michael Maggiano’s Fort Lee, NJ office for a serious injury I sustained when i was struck by a motor vehicle as a pedestrian. This happened some years ago but the service, compassion , defending your rights and well-being is something that I will Never forget. Mr. Maggiano goes above and beyond what I could have ever expected. He leaves nothing behind when pursuing all legal and financial issues for his clients. I have recommended numerous people to Mr. Maggaino and his firm over the years. Unfortunately my daughter sustained a recent mouth/ jaw injury while dining at a local restaurant, she suffered jaw pain, broken teeth, jaw locking and developed migraine headaches from biting down on a forgiven object that was in her food. I took my daughter and met with Mr. Maggiano and his son. They did a outstanding job protecting my daughters rights and secured a settlement for her. I highly recommend Him and his firm. They take the worrying away and handle every aspect of the case. This leaves you time to heal and recover while he has your back protecting your rights and state of mind. On September 26th I was returning home from an afternoon jog when I was struck by a vehicle. I later was told that emergency personnel were called to the scene for a possible fatality. It's amazing how in a matter of seconds a life can be altered. I will forever be grateful for the guidance and assistance that Michael Maggiano and Linda Reid provided me. There was never a moment that I felt I was alone trying to navigate through the whole medical/legal process. I've always stated that "all things happen as they are intended", I maintain that while the circumstances were dire, in the end, I became acquainted with some wonderful people.
