I was injured in a car accident in 2015 when a driver ran a red light. The night of the accident , I felt excruciating pain in my lower back and neck. I took some over the counter pain medications over the next few days providing me only with temporary relief. I had trouble sitting, doing any kind of activity, even had trouble doing simple chores around the house. Realizing the pain could be potentially be a long term issue, I decided to do some research and came across the law firm of "Lependorf and Silverstein'. I spoke to Gabe and was very impressed with him right away. Gave is a very sophisticated person and went to one of the top law schools in the country. He advised me to get medical attention right away for my injuries, which I did. The doctor advised PT and also prescribed pain medication. I was in PT for approx. 3 months and it did provide some relief at first but the pain did not completely go away. An MRI revealed herniated discs resulting from the accident. Throughout the process the insurance company was unresponsive (what else can you expect from them) and made me jump through hoops to approve the medical treatment I needed but Gabe was very diligent and stayed on top of my case throughout the process. Any questions I had were always promptly answered by Gabe, even on the weekends. I want to also express my special thanks to Nina, the paralegal, who is a joy to work with. Gabe has extraordinary presence and great knack in dealing with opposing counsel which was evident during my deposition. This will serve you well if your case ever goes to trial. He will also not settle early until you have treated for all your injuries. My case did settle about 2 1/2 years after the accident, a few days before arbitration. Gabe was instrumental in getting the maximum compensation through his extraordinary negotiating skills. Needless to say, I highly recommend the law firm of Lependorf and Silverstein if you have a personal injury case.

I was involved in a serious bicycle-car accident 8/21/2013. I belong to a bicycle club, and was leading a line of four bikers when a driver turned in front of me, causing me to strike the car, become airborne, and come down on my head. A tibia plateau fracture resulted, followed by a seizure, and a week's stay in a hospital. I had four hours of surgery, followed by months of rehab. After I returned home, I searched the web for law firms in the Princeton area to handle my case. The firm of Lependorf and Silverstein stood out to me, as David Silverstein is a serious athlete and biker, and would understand the importance of losing my ability to ride my bicycle at the level I was at previous to the accident. I was injured in an elevator accident back in 2010. My case was both a personal injury and worker's compensation case so I dealt with both Dave Silverstein and Gabe Lependorf. I found both men to be quite professional, caring, and determined to work their hardest for your benefit. Not to give Dave less credit, however, workers comp is workers comp. However my personal injury case was a bit tricky. It seems that the State of New Jersey had come in and done an inspection on the elevator in which I was injured on just a few hours before my accident. I fractured the navicular in my left foot and after 6 months of wearing a "boot" I had to have an operation on it. The insurance company said all along it was a "no pay" because the State had done an inspection that day. Gabe Lependorf continued with my case through arbitration where I received an arbitration award. The defendant de novo'd the award so it looked like we were going to have to go to trial. I was ready to give up on the case and Gabe told me to hold on. In the ninth hour, my case settled for the arbitration award. If it had not been for Gabe guiding me along I would have given up. I have now been injured again - I slipped on ice and fractured the humeral head and shaft of my left arm in a shopping center parking lot - and guess who my lawyers are? That's right, I went back to Gabe because of the outstanding work he did for me and his professionalism!
