Out of the blue I was hit with a notice from a collection agency over a bill from MRI's I took years ago... basically it was never submitted to my insurance and I was faced with a bill that was over 5k.. I was at loss and didn't know what to do. A friend of mine recommended Rosemarie Arnold's office and after a few e-mail exchanges I met with Megan Christie who was so sweet and kind and I can really tell she was genuinely trying to help me. She took charge and made me feel at ease and answered my emails and questions... she always got back to me so quick and updated me with what was going on. At the end she was able to help me out by lowering my bill to what I would have paid if it was submitted to insurance. I was ecstatic to hear the great news. Megan truly helped me get out of a bad situation and for that I am so grateful. I highly recommend going to Rosemarie Arnold's office if you need anything. To say that this law firm showed lack of interest would be a great understatement. First off, there are many promises at the door that aren't exactly met throughout the proceedings. They try to sell themselves as the best in the industry however when the chips are down they are very hesitant and lethargic which is contradictory to their "bulldog" approach that's promised. I personally expected a much higher level of profesionalism and they just were nowhere near the bar. Too much money for too little effort. I would recommend elsewhere.

I use to drive a cab in Cliffside Park, and always heard great things about this firm. that was ten years ago then unfortunately I was involved in a car accident living 50 miles away I only thought of Rosemarie Arnold so I called they treated me and cared about my health and well being before anything then I went for my intake interview after that Natalie Zamitti Shaw my attorney was nothing but excellent but my favorite person and the person I always direct ant concerns to was Sakinah Johnson always there no matter the time even if it was returning my call at 9pm now me and Sakinah are also friends and I cant leave out Liz the girl who scheduled my depositions and would let me know when they were cancelled even though my letters said to call the day before Liz always called me instead of me calling her Thank you Rosemarie fro hiring class A+ girls I would recommend them to everyone so much that they represented my 2 sons and now my daughter thank you for taking such good care of me and my family.

Rosemarie Arnold is a very nice woman very caring she is one of the best lawyers that I have ever met. When I first met Rosemarie was right after when I lost my 7 year old son and my husband in a tragic house fire in 2013 I left me a miracle child daughter that fights for her life everyday she is severely burnt inside and out she is damaged for life with her lungs and she suffers. The most unprofessional, unorganized, catty, complaining, petty, uneducated mess that I've ever witnessed. I was so disappointed at how many mistakes they made, how no one seemed to know anything or be on the same page about anything, lots of finger pointing and how when they messed up (which they did a lot) they defaulted to blaming the client. How you needed to micromanage them just to get the most basic of things done. How they kept whining about how hard the case was for them. Like that's something a client should hear and how quickly you realize that you are definitely not in good hands with this mess of a law firm. Don't risk it... definitely look elsewhere!!
