I contacted Cooper Levenson because I needed a Power of Attorney signed over to me by my mom. I was helped by Arthur Korth, who was very professional, polite, fast and efficient, and accommodating. My mom was able to get an appointment the next day, and Mr. Korth even sent the documents to me to San Francisco, Ca via overnight mail. I was very satisfied with the service Mr. Korth provided. The only thing I would wish for is a bit clearer communication with the front desk stuff. When I called and asked to speak to Mr Korth, they placed me on hold for several minutes without letting me know that they were doing that, or that it will take a while. Since there was nothing to indicate that I was on hold, I thought that they might have hang up on me. A better bedside manner would have been desired.
