Bronx da is the worst ..why. I was robbed at gunpoint on November 1st 2015 at 5 a.m. in the morning on White Plains Road and Britton there was a video of the incident outside and inside the police was called Captain Walters and Lieutenant green both saw the tape of the guy pulling a gun on me . So they want to arrest him it was a violent takedown he was 7 foot 1. We had a DA by the name of Colorado take the case I told him the first day there is a video go get it .. I called Captain Walters he said yes I told him to go get the video.. Bottom line he never went and got the video to 30 days later it was not there the only video that was there was the one I had when I video chat from my phone when I got to court they told me they let that guy walk he stayed in jail one day for having a gun and robbing me because it wasn't a video he wanted to sweep the case under the rug but I pushed and pushed and went over their head and got a grand jury... Now I have to explain to them what happened to me when he could have just went and got the tape and let everyone see it I would not have to say nothing ? But he's young inexperienced we have a delicate situation of my life in his hands and it's nothing to him but another case he told me they don't get paid much so he's really not interested so they switched me to a guy name d a dorsell he gave it to me straight he said I'm leaving this job and getting a better job... So they switched my case again to a lady named Andrea Hawkins my court date was the 10th she didn't even call me she's a five-year vet she don't sound like she care at all had to call her 4 times email her just to get in contact of my new DA .. I called channel 12 Channel 5 Channel 2 Channel 7 and sent numerous emails out police say we lock them up bronx da let them go
