Never recommend this law firm again After 20 years of referring clients to their firm. My personal experience with the personal injury/workers comp case attorney Mr.E. Carter Jr Was a disaster He held onto my case for Two years and was unable to do anything Now I have to find another attorney that can actually fight for their clients.. Very disappointed with the attorney s lack of consideration or representation of their clients.

This Law Firm is excellent. I used Don Caminiti. For two accidents. I was awarded a half a million dollars. Don's take was one third. I also use that firm for a workman comp case Carter Jr. I also recommend my friends and family to this firm. They also received a good amount of money to for their cases. Don is also a excellent trial lawyer. I think he's one of the best that's why I rate this firm a five-star. Don want some be cases in New Jersey and New York he shows excellent skills as a trial lawyer

I should have known after they dogged a PI case for my girlfriend worth $100,000 and only got under $10,000 not to go myself. My father recommended people to them for 20 years. Basically they don't care about small fish at all! Only want big cases and pay no attention to the small ones. Stay away! Go to Maggiano in Fort Lee! A pit bull. I've talked to numerous people recently and they have gotten $ for them and fight like young and hungry pitbulls. Trust me.

Donald Caminiti was outstanding! My 18 year old son was a passenger in an ATV accident that crashed and he was ejected, suffering a burst fracture of his T5 vertebrae. Then 2 miracles happened: He was not paralyzed from the waist down AND we were blessed to be recommended to Mr. Caminiti for representation. Not only did Mr. Caminiti not settle when the insurance company replied, but kept going back and not giving up until there was adequate compensation for my sons injuries, pain and potential future back surgeries or difficulties. There were several instances when the insurance company was trying to shift blame; they shouldn't be responsible b/c a seatbelt was not in place. Donald's efforts and determination continued for our good.
