I met with attorney William (Bill) Gillen in regards to me filing for bankruptcy. I had no idea how to go about it, my rights, or the cost of doing so. He was extremely helpful, gave me great advice just speaking over the phone to set up an appointment, and he didn't charge me for the hour consultation. He was very honest with me about my situation and didn't charge me nearly as much as other lawyers would have ( I'm not going to say how much). He even advised me to shop around and make sure I was getting a more than fair rate. When it came to actually filing, he was very helpful with me getting together every thing I needed. He kept in touch with me and got back to me in a more than reasonable amount of time. After my bankruptcy was finished he still continuously kept in touch with me and answered any questions I had. So I was very nervous about doing this whole bankruptcy thing and had tons of questions about all of it but Mr Gillen assured me that it's not all bad and answered my questions about my property and my vehicles and my bills and when it came time for court it he walked me threw the process and it went easy peasy but he's an awesome lawyer and I'd use him as my lawyer again if I ever have to. I've known attorney Gilliam for many years and anytime I have an opportunity to refer someone to him I do. There is nothing worse than working with an attorney that would do anything just as resolve a case dog bite divorce just an example just to get you off The Client List so you feel that you hired them and they're calling the shots and don't care. Attorney William Gilliam is 100% there for his client and you do not feel like you're standing in line at a convenience store waiting your turn. Attorney Gilliam care and concern level goes above and beyond he always make sure that his client is comfortable with what is going on as well informed on any updates that may arise suddenly. I would recommend refer insist if someone was looking for a good attorney that's very thorough with excellent low low rates that he does charge I feel that sometimes he feels bad that he even has to charge. William worked with my wife and I recently , and I can not say enough good things about him. He has always been fair , Honest and up front with us from the beginning. He tells us what hes going to do and he does it ! Answers questions no matter the time of day , and continually checks in to make sure things are ok and follows with information that he may have to pass along. He has treated us with the utmost respect and treated us more like family than clients . Id give 10 stars if it were possible .
