John is good at what he does and got me a good outcome in my case. I beleive he is knowledgeable in his field, but when it comes to customer service or just being a good guy, it is not there. He treated me and my family like we were stupid and it made the whole process very stressful. To pay someone so much and to be treated like dirt is very unsettling. This law firm is horrible and a complete waste of money. Facing a DWI charge and never had a face to face meeting with John Tenn until the court date all communications were via the phone. Loss of licence for nine months which was worse case scenario and could of got screwed like that on my own. Called to clarify an issue after the case was over and was asked if I was calling him (John) a liar. Would never use or trust my best interest with this joke of an attorney. You will regret it!!!

On a first offense DUI I was facing jail time because of the circumstances surrounding my arrest. John was able to get my charges reduced so that I only had to pay a hefty fine and 9 months loss of license (hefty fine was a trade off for time without a license) which I graciously accepted. The state had plenty of evidence to put me in jail for a lengthy sentence and for me to lose my license for two years (mandatory). As a single parent these consequences would have had devastating results. John understood my situation and worked hard to mitigate my consequences. John keeps it real and honest, which for me was very refreshing. I am grateful for the result as it could have been MUCH worse (orange is not my favorite color).

I ended up getting wrapped up in a legal issue late last year stemming from a dispute with a jealous neighbor. The guy manufactured part of the story and the police fell for it hook, line, and sinker. I was upset at the injustice of it all and wanted to fight back. Tenn and Tenn is a great law firm I had 2 charges on my case one being alcohol related and the other a speeding ticket. I was worried I would lose my licence and have to pay a big ticket. John Tenn helped me get my alcohol charges of my record with the completion of a safe driving course. Unfortunately, my rating is based not on the services provided but a result of the fact that I didn't even receive the returned phone call from the lawyer. After discussing my case, I was told that I'd receive a phone call within 24 hours to continue the process. I disclosed personal identifying information to this law firm under the expectation that my case was under consideration. Otherwise, I wouldn't have begun to disclose the volume of information that was asked of me. I waited a week, postponing and canceling other potential firm appointments. Unfortunately, such a simple immediate follow through wasn't even a guarantee. I am surprised and taken aback as I felt confident based on the reviews I had read that this would be the highest quality of legal representation available in the state of New Hampshire. When I called, after that point to cancel any intention to contact us (if there had been), the Secretary was rather curt and appeared annoyed at my general frustration. Clearly, I failed to heed the wisdom in questioning everything on the internet. Best of luck to others and hopefully better experiences!
