This guy should be disbarred. He did no work at all on the case, actually helped the other persons lawyer out and didn't do a thing. There's a reason he works out of a tiny craphole that is taken up by a storage facility. Just avoid him at all costs unless you just want to waste your money.

My experience was horrible! I was charged a horrible cost, went through what I was charged for and I was charged for him listening to a voice mail 150 bucks to listen to a give me a call back voice mail. To make things worse his services were purchased a few weeks before my hearing he was almost late to his first hearing, went in and seconds into the hearing filed for a continuance to go on vacation, he said he would be out of the country and would not have cell service but would review his emails every night he never returned my emails (I got charged for ignored emails), I basically got charged for him to meet with me twice, tell me everything he wouldn't fight for which was actually everything I was paying him for, he did absolutely NOTHING! He may be a good guy but being an attorney is not his thing, he is good at making you feel like a huge weight has lifted off you but when it comes down to working he did not do 1 single thing and accomplished nothing. I wouldn't even rate him half a star but I did so I could post this, I don't recommend anyone use him.

Incompetent moron. He handled a case for a relative a while back and did basically nothing. He allowed the other side to do what they wanted to them and bent over backwards to help the other lawyer. He didn't do anything he promised and things a person to a weel out of law school knows to do. He also got his degree from some crappy party university in florida. He may be cheap but theres a reason why.

Attorney Dias is great. He is very easy to work with and clearly takes the time to listen and put my best interest first. I never got the feeling that he was trying to drag things out and run up a big bill like some other lawyers do. I own my own small consulting business and while like any business I need occasional legal help I have to watch every dollar. I found Attorney Dias's rates to be very fair. I recommend him very highly to anyone looking for legal help here in the Kingston/Brentwood/Epping area.

Avoid at all cost! If you want to see your child you will want to avoid this one. He will tell you that your ex won't take away your child in fact it's against the law. Guess what, there is no law protecting a child and a parent can withhold a child. As it continues the father continues to do the same thing and the law is corrupt with lawyers like him. He was lazy, and helped the other side more. I think he was paid off.
