From the moment we called Ronald and met with him for our consultation, he made us feel comfortable and confident with him being able to help us. We explained to him that we had another lawyer file for my husband's naturalization and my husband was denied on a technicality and the previous lawyer failed to file the right form for the appeal and we ran out of time to appeal. Ronald explained to us that we would have to file a new application and do the whole process over, we were hesitant but he assured us that he could do a better job than the previous lawyer and he was with us the whole step of the way and answered any questions we had along the way, he prepared my husband for the interview as well as went with him to the interview.
