I have had a nightmare of an experience with this law firm. They don't follow up they won't return phone calls they don't give good advice if any at all. Just the worst in would never advise anyone deal with this shameful outfit embarrassed to say that I've done business with Glenn lerner at all

I have more of a comment to a commercial that Glen Lerner has. The one of the semi truck accident talking about if you got hit by a truck, yada yada yada. I find this commercial extremely offensive, as a vast majority of accidents that have a big rig involved are caused by the private vehicle and NOT the commercial rig. Shame on him for making it seem the other way around. I will never use this person if ever I need help just because of that. He really needs to rethink this commercial.

They did the least amount of work possible to get an end result and they promised more than they delivered. Our case (a simple rear-end) took 8 months to settle when we only spent half that time at the chiropractor. They quoted $3k over the phone to my brother but when we showed up to sign the paperwork, they insisted that they'd only ever said $2k. They got $2.4k for me when they only quoted $2k on the phone so it wasn't totally awful but their excuse for why my brother got less was, "he was hurt more and had higher medical bills."
