Retained for defense in a civil case, I ended up being charged more in fees, than the eventual payout, that I negotiated after firing them when they recomended i give the other side my personal phone records, and for beyond capricious advice, was not at all impresed and they're rude. Would never recommend.

BEWARE!!! When you deal with this firm, you always end up paying a whole lot more than what they quote you before!!! Their attorney Kurt Bonds handled a civil case for me earlier and charged me twice as much as what was initially quoted to me. When I pointed out the issue to him, he had selective memory and could not remember what he said anymore. Ridiculous!!! Also during the process they pressed me to accept low settlement because all at a sudden, 'it would be hard for them to win the case". They are very misleading in their practice and have poor professional ethics. A real shame for the legal industry!!! Better shop further for another lawyer as there are much better and more honest attorneys around. With this firm, you always end up loosing more than you asked for!
