Most of the paper work I was required to submit for my application was done via an online form. Direct correspondence with the law office occurred via email or phone - I never met Chris in person although I'm sure he would have done so if I had requested it. Throughout the entire process the assistant working on my application kept me up to date on its status. Chris and his staff were also helpful in preparing me for each step in the application, including the interview. My husband and I first dealt with Christopher while we were still living in the UK. He promptly set up a video chat with us and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during our consultation so we could decide on a residency path to take. He was very patient during it despite our two wee children being present and distracting. Christopher gave us excellent advice and we were later able to move forward with my husband’s residency application in the US, even discounting the price we spent on the earlier consultation from our application fee. We shopped around a lot at our other options in MT first and found there was no other firm that was as experienced with this sort of thing. We dealt largely with his staff from that point on, who were ALWAYS available to us (very appreciated during these potentially stressful situation) as well as being ALWAYS helpful and professional. The process of getting my husband naturalized went as smoothly as Christopher had told us to expect, and they were also EXACTLY on the money with how long the whole process would take which we really appreciated. I especially appreciated the final conversation we had with him before our big interview, he talked about what we could expect during and it REALLY calmed my nerves (and was 100% accurate!). This whole immigration process has the potential to be extremely stressful and have seriously life-changing ramifications if something goes wrong; we were SO GRATEFUL we went with Immigration Law of MT. Normally I am a cheap person and don’t like to pay professionals to do things I may be able to do myself, but in the case of immigration the stakes are just too high. We have had other experiences trying to do residency applications ourselves and despite both my husband and I being college educated, there are so many small details and hoops to jump through that it did not go well at all, which is why we decided to use a professional this time around and we’re so glad we did. Thanks to ALL the staff at this company, they really worked together as a team (especially the amazing Collette who held our hand through the whole procedure!!) and we would recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Immigration law of Montana is the best place to get immigration services very honest and affordable. It was February 2015 I contacted the firm I wanted to extend our stay for me and my daughter,s I had conversation with Christopher . He gave me best advice I submitted paperwork we are granted stay on visitors visa up to 8 months . We had green card process going for over year at Vermont center which was submitted by a different law firm in may 2015 immigration sent us a notice asking for more paperwork and explaination because our case was the most difficult case and the lawyer we hired was so incompetent he asked my husband to write and explain to immigration that's when we contacted Christopher . he wrote to immigration with all paper work needed. Aug 2015 our case was approved. i was so scared to go back I contacted him to extend my stay . He said Bettina I will not extend your stay go home you will be back with in3 to 5 months. I left for my country of birth February 2016 we had interview may 2016. June 17 2016 we got our green . We are looking forward to work with Christopher again.
