Most the ones that are writing positive are fake I.D's. I'll set you straight on this law firm. If it's a clear case meaning you really didn't need a good lawyer then of course he can win. But if it's a semi hard on meaning they have to work well they SUCK. Took us on at the beginning, knew everything my past my future and all. He guaranteed he'd win, Yet two years later he seen it wasn't as easy as he wanted it to be, meaning he had to work.. First thing he does. Tells me to settle but he didnt' tell me that I would have to pay medical insurance back in fact he only said take this. It took another lawyer to tell me.. My incident was a bicycle accident November 2013. I had contacted a well-known firm, advertises frequently on TV. The practice did listen to my case. Shortly afterward I was told they would not litigate the case, because of some legal term, basically determining who was at fault. Shortly afterward I saw a small ad in the local newspaper for the S. E. Farris Law Firm, with the key word of bicycle listed for the types of injury accidents the firm would handle. Spencer Farris was personable, discussed the possible conclusions with me and answered the questions I had. He took my case and just recently the S. E Farris Law Firm reached an out of court settlement. It was a very fair amount for my medical bills, lost wages, replacement cost of my bike and my injuries. The Farris Law Firm, while not in constant contact, kept me informed of what was taking place. Occasionally Stephanie, the legal assistant, would contact me and inquire as to how I was recovering from my injuries. It was a lengthy process. All I did was supply them with information when requested. At times I thought the result would be little or nothing at all. I was surprised and very pleased at the amount of the settlement. On May 18th 2016 our lives were changed forever when our 18 year old son was a pedestrian struck by an SUV. He received multiple major injuries the worst of them being a traumatic brain injury that will effect him for the rest of his life. His life along with ours were changed forever.
