Donati Law was awesome. I personally worked with Attorney Alison Ryan. She was invaluable in helping me through my case. I had tried to apply for Disability on my own and was turned down 3 times. After asking around, Donati Law was recommended by several people who were having the same issue. They told me that the law firm would meet all my needs with little ease and hassle. I sure am glad I listened and followed through to talk to them. I had been working for 30 years and had been suffering the last 5 years that I worked and I just couldn't handle it anymore. All I had to do was provide them a list of doctors, follow up with them after appointments and tests were completed and they did the rest. Because of the strong case Alison had built up for me, I was in and out of my hearing in no time without a doubt in the judge's head. Alison would answer and talk to me and my daughter to address any concerns that we had no matter big or small and she gave us a piece of mind and we were confident that she would represent me well and she did just that. I went there for a consultation but changed my mind because I felt like they were going to just take my money and not help me. Donati's secretary, Amy, said I should really have the consultation because Donati had interesting findings for me after looking at my case file. So I paid the money and Donati said he'd call me the next week after consulting with a colleague. I never heard from him again until I called him two weeks later and then it wasn't him who called me back, but his secretary, Amy, who told me that my case file was at the front desk. I knew he was going to rip me off and he didn't disappoint!

The lawyers give you double talk and the run around before deciding to open your case. They give you paperwork to take to your doctors and do not follow up on your calls or when you drive to drop off paperwork in office. Communication could stand for improvement. If you prefer straight forward answers without the headache, seek counsel elsewhere for adequate representation.
