I called Schwebel Goetz and Sieben After my wheelchair went into a hole in the floor at the newly remodeled Target Center. They were friendly and took my original report and asked me to email pictures. I did what I was told and then waited three weeks with no reply. When I called them back I was told my pictures went into the junk folder by mistake. They apologized. After getting more information from me I was informed I wasn’t injured enough for them to take my case. I am more concerned that this is a design flaw in the newly remodeled Target Center and this might happen to another person sitting in their handicap seating! They didn’t seem to be interested on protecting others from being injured only on their bottom line!!!

Mr. Schwebel totally took advantage of my illnes. Initially, he told me that I had a 1 + Million dollar case. I paid in for all the hours, that were supposedly spent on my case. Nearing the end of a very long year, he told me that I would be lucky to receive a penny, from the case. He then shuffled many of his clients off to other attorney's, as the senior partner retired, after refusing to bring the case to court. The man I was given, was brand new. I wound up with a $10,000.00 settlement. It was initially $40,000.00, but Schwebel took most of the settlement. Um, the current commercial that's out with the blonde woman in the brown sweater talking about her son in an accident.... isnt it a huge conflict of interest having her, an employee of yours, talk about how great you are and how she would recommend you ?? How can you objectively have a employee, say as a customer, she would recommend you? Even if she used you, and youd think she would, how can it be an HONEST objective review? You didnt say she was also an employee on the commercial- seems sneaky and unprofessional.... I'm sure there were hundreds of others you could have asked for a commercial review. For this reason I will not use this company.

In 2012 our precious daughter left her 2 year old son with us to go meet her boyfriend for lunch. After recieving a phone call saying she was in a accident and was airlifted to a trama one hospital we headed there ASAP . When arriving we were told she was alive by machines but no brain activity . We had to make the decision to send our angel to god. She was an organ donor and we recieved notice that she helped others with her usable organs and that is the type of person she was. Little did we realize we would never see her smile again , her holding her love of her life son Amerey again , never see her walk down the Isle as she was planning since 10 years old , never give her the parental moments of graduation , birthdays ,amongst other holidays. She had even talked about wanting another child of which we all lose out in ! It was by far the worst day of our lives as well as anyone of whom had the chance to see her smile and get to know her ! A business client of ours suggested we contact Swebel, Goetz and Sieben after finding the facts that two young boys were drag racing the opposite direction of Brian and Jacqueline and one lost control and crossed the lane , grass median and hit them on Brian's motorcycle at excess of 95mph. We made the call and Larry came to our house on our schedule and was never pushy but asked us when we wanted to talk about it. Larry came and was as polite about our situation as could be. We wanted Amerey to have something to come out of the tremendous loss he had. During the process Larry had an incident beyond his control and Peter Riley was taking over. Not a loss in concern, care and attention was lessened between lawyers. Peter checked in every month and asked how we were doing and Amerey was doing ! He kept us up to date with the case through out. Unfortunately we were not vindicated in the criminal case to what we thought Cody should have recieved , but that was a different deal completely with different legal team.
