almost 2 years after they took my case Mark Perron decided to close my case didn't have the decency to call me or send me a letter or email me I had to send numerous emails till I finally found out I feel they didn't handle my case in my best interest kept being pushed aside and only talked with Mark twice the most of my communication was with the paralegal would not recommend this law office to anyone. I don't know who rates them 5 stars. But, they refused to take on my case without even a good reason or a call. I spent 10 minutes, giving the admin or attorney my information and, I almost felt it was a waste of my time if they couldn't help me. I ended up with Paige Donnelly, Ltd. purely by chance. When I got home from the hospital after my accident, I had a stack of letters from law firms in Minneapolis and St. Paul. I called all of them and based my decision purely on how I felt talking to the person on the other end. My letter from Paige Donnelly was from one of their attorneys, Mark Perron, and I ended up going with Mark based on our conversation. He seemed kind and informed. It was the right choice. I feel very lucky to have had Mark take my case on. He was always friendly and spoke in plain English with me. I am a professional interpreter so I place a lot of value on clear and direct communication. He also always seemed prepared and was knowledgeable on questions that I had and what the most viable routes for my case would be. I was beyond happy with the way things went — with his guidance and advice and finally with the settlement that I ended up receiving. There was even an issue that arose almost a year and a half after the fact concerning a bill for my post-hospital rehabilitation facility. I contacted Mark and he got back to me within a timely manner with documentation and the information that I needed — which he pulled from his notes and archives. He had details on phone conversations he had had with the facility, including the name of the person with whom he had spoken. He ended up contacted the facility on my behalf and the issue was resolved. The information he had was essential in resolving the matter.
