Attorney Ana Muñoz truly proved her worth in my Magistrate's Hearing early this year (2019). Her representation was agreed upon relatively close to the court date and she, along with her team, pulled together a defense without hesitation. Upon meeting in person on the day of the hearing, she was actively pursuing the arresting officer to find a middle ground/negotiate on a more suitable punishment (which ended up being next to nothing!!). I cannot say enough good things about her confidence, efficiency, and thorough presentation to the judge to plead my case in such a civil and effective manner. We never felt for one moment that David Duncan cared about our case. He certainly took our money - and provided us with nothing. In fact, he had to Google where the law stood in our case, which was not only unprofessional, but embarrassing. He was weak and uninformed.
