I hired Attorney Nicole Longton to represent me at a clerk's hearing that I knew, if the clerk wasn't in favor of me, could be the moment that my future career goals were crushed. We met once to discuss my case and she took me through how she was going to sway the clerk in favor of me as well as took the time to explain and answer any questions I had for her. We both had the end goal of halting the charge before it ruins my record but Attorney Longton was still prepared to argue for a lesser sentence in the case of the clerk being unsympathetic to me. I was thoroughly and competently represented by Nicole. About a year ago I was charged with misdemeanor Criminal Harrassment. I am currently enrolled in a nursing program and even a blemish of a current misdemeanor charge as mentioned can inhibit me from continuing school, participating in clinical rotations, and being eligible to apply for the board licensing exam. My husband and I recently found ourselves in a situation where our neighbor made a false accusation against my husband. A clerk magistrate hearing was scheduled and we realized that we needed a good attorney. I researched lawyers and read their reviews and case files. Attorney Nicole Longton was at the top of my list. As I was very concerned about how to defend against someone who is lying, she told me of other cases that she has handled in which she has had to do just that and how she went about it. I was very impressed with her confidence, her experience, and her very high success rate of having cases dismissed at the clerk magistrate hearing level. Needless to say, we hired Nicole to handle my husband’s case. Nicole read every piece of information we dropped off, texted, and emailed. I met Nicole the morning of my arraignment at the Worcester courthouse back in April of 2013. I was facing several felony criminal charges, including, ditribution of a Class A substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class B and Class C substance, among others. First of all, I would like to tell Nicole how grateful I am for doing an amazing job representing me. She is very hardworking and even at a short notice, she can be the difference for you in terms of getting the justice you deserve. Without getting into too much detail, I can tell you this. I was falsely accused due to some alternative motives the accuser had in order to use the justice system to hurt me and my future. I was given a very short notice until the hearing but looking at the first set of documents Nicole was able to tell the claims made against me were wrong accusations using her experience. I hired Nicole for my case on December of 2015 for a B&E charge and defacing property out of Milford court and at the beginning it was not looking good they wanted to give me a year plus in jail and the DA was not trying to give any deals whatsoever and Nicole longton fought very hard for me and she got me 18 months probation and also fought for my drivers license won't be suspended for one year,I highly recommend Nicole 100% she's very good at what she does very intelligent and she's also very fast in responding back to your text or calls.

Two years ago I got into a car accident. It was 100% the other person's fault. I was 2 months pregnant and luckily only got soft tissue injuries. I highly recommend Nicole if you ever need an attorney. I have never been in trouble before and went into a former employer, Verizon wireless. One of their sales reps fraudulently added something to my account when I specifically told him I didn’t want it. I wrote my former district manager about the situation, hoping for once he would do the right thing and fix it. He didn’t, so I continued to climb the ladder all the way to the CEO. While the situation finally got resolved by the CEO’s office my district manager went to the police and sought harassment charges, probably because he got in trouble at work. Despite a judge ruling in my favor against a restraining order the state still pursued the charges. Nicole took on my case and was able to get it dismissed as there were never any threats made or anything. She is confident, professional, and her billing is very fair and reasonable which can’t be said for most lawyers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We found ourselves in a unenviable position last year. Our son was accused of Title IX sexual assault accusation on a college campus by a fellow student that he explained to us was consensual. After speaking with him and hearing his side of the story, I was confident that this would just quickly be dismissed once a reasonable person examined the facts. However, I then started researching other cases and quickly ascertained that we would need professional help. I contacted Nicole and was notably impressed by her knowledge and her no-nonsense approach to describing what we were up against. She well extremely well versed in the procedures that we needed to follow and was extremely detailed orientated. She immediately took over the situation, and I can honestly say without her shepherding us through this, we were destined for failure. This is unlike any proceeding you would be familiar with. Reasonable doubt and innocent until proven guilty are not baselines in these types of cases. I would strongly suggest if you find yourself in this type of situation that you take the necessary measures and hire a competent attorney. In my opinion, you will not do better than Nicole.
