I spoke with Micol Mion at Immigration Solutions in early 2015 to help secure a work visa for a job offer in Boston, which I was keen to accept. I had previously researched visa types and their complicated criteria quite closely, but I still had many questions and the need of some candid and clear advice. I spoke to a couple of immigration attorneys before Micol - they failed, however, to answer my questions satisfactorily and, at times, seemed to know less than I did after my cursory research. Upon meeting Micol, it was clear that she and her company were the best possible representation I would find. Micol answered all my questions, suggested some alternative possibilities and it was clear that, unlike others with whom I'd spoken, she had a patently clear command of immigration law. My case was not a particularly easy one, but Micol made the unlikely possible. A few months after Micol took on my case, she had successfully argued in my favour for a visa type that is notoriously difficult to obtain. I think perhaps one of the most important qualities for me was that Micol kept me constantly updated, answered all my further questions and concerns by email and on the phone - always getting back to me in a very timely manner. And for an extremely reasonable cost, Micol spent months working hard on my application and overcoming a number of bureaucratic obstacles. In general, I suspect online reviews are often skewed by puffery, dogma or exaggeration of all sorts, both good and bad. In the case of Immigration Solutions, however, I can attest without any bias that Micol and her colleagues provided a truly excellent service, without a single fault. I do not think I would have obtained a visa with another attorney, and I do not think I would have found one as hard-working. I recommend highly.
